Property is undergoing renovation room was nice except there was hair in tub, toilet and sink

I didn’t feel comfortable with the door leading to the outside. The key card didn’t work twice. The beds was not comfortable and the sheets were stained.

Convenient to interstates, major highway, and local sites. Remodeled rooms & cleanliness is evident throughout the hotel. Wide range of breakfast offerings included in stay.

The inn was inexpensive. The room was very clean. I could overlook having no ice bucket or coffee maker but not the smell of paint, and certainly not the cold shower!

Room was around 90 degrees when I came in; took air conditioner until 2AM to cool down barely enough to be not quite comfortable. Not a single cup in the room (had to get some from front desk). Missing shades on light lamps (bare bulbs; staff said will be reported to maintenance next day). Shower curtain torn. No coffee maker. No chair in room. Will never stay there again. Just a ratty, run down old place.

Quiet and easy parking, clean interior.

My friend and I had adjoining rooms, which they were able to get us. The rooms were small and honestly pretty average. They weren’t bad but I feel like not worth the price. Our morning showers in both rooms were cold. The free breakfast was out of almost everything by 830 am. When we mentioned the cold showers at check out, the front desk woman was rude and just said they had a lot of people showering at once. Which I get, but also I’m paying over $100 a night and expected a hot shower or at least an I’m sorry. Wouldn’t recommend because of this.

We get to the hotel it doesn’t look like any of the pics.. our First room key didn’t work, returned to desk got another set, when we were able to get into room it reeked of cigarette's and dust everywhere. Over all appearance appeared as it had been a vacant room for quite awhile. I went back to front desk and they moved us to another room and this room had been recently painted or at the least the door. Because it was stuck and once opened could not get it closed. By this time, I had flown all night from Anchorage, Alaska to Raleigh North Carolina and drove to Lexington, Virginia. I put the chair under the door knob and closed the door best I could. Too be honest this room wasn’t much cleaner and with the door situation I was concern with my safety from someone coming in on me and what happens if a fire broke out. Next morning I reported the situation they put me in another room. Was able to open door and close it room was a little better as for cleanliness better than the last two rooms. I feel the advertisement was very deceiving. Don’t even ask about the pool they advertised. In which was a big part of my choosing this hotel. I was there for my granddaughters graduation from Liberty University. My overall rating from 1to10 with 10 being outstanding.. -1 the whole place was under remodel furniture set outside, roll off dumpsters full. I hope to never have to experience anything like this from any establishment again. Just an overall nightmare. Lisa

Stains on floor, stains on bed spread, everything old and run down. They are trying to update and renovate so maybe in a few months things will be nicer.

There was no hot water for us to shower. We drove for 12 hours to attend a family members funeral, arriving very late Friday night. When we got up the next morning and tried to shower, the water was barely warm. I went to the front desk and was told by the clerk that she was aware there was a problem with the hot water, but she didn't know the status of the repair. The best we could do was bird bath at tje sink with tepid water.

The hotel was placed nicely. Very close to highways for travel. The rooms were cleaned and stock properly too. However, the pool was drained when I went, so no access. Also the continental breakfast was very underwhelming. Also the staff only programed my key for one night and not for both nights. Caused a bit of confusion.

We had no hot water one day, the hair dryer didn’t work, the room was not cleaned in between days, there were no cups in the room, there was no iron, one pillow had been melted, one day there was virtually no food for breakfast, the refrigerator was terribly noisy.

The room was fine. The property and many of the rooms were being updated and the area showed it. Give it a few months and it should be fine.

I liked the front staff and my room was very clean.

The reception was somewhat weird to say the least. There was no sense of hospitality, in fact, the lady behind the counter was on the grumpy side, I thought it was just a fluke. However, upon checking out a few days later, Ms. Congeniality seemed to be in her nature as I stopped by to drop off the room cards. All I could think, God have mercy on her.

What a disaster of a “hotel”. We were shocked by the condition of this place. Ended up leaving and staying at a different place. Will be requesting money back.
