Quality Inn West

Loved the pool despite hot-tub being serviced. Great that it's in a separate building so no chlorine smell permeating the hotel. Breakfast in a stand alone building as well and was fine. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff were very helpful and kind.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The beds are a little too hard for my preference. I enjoyed using the swimming pool and they had a large breakfast selection.

Nice place to stay, breakfast was good. I asked for the Internet password and they said I didn't need one, nobody in our party had internet the two days we were there. The hot tub was not working and they say the pool is open until midnight. On Saturday night after the MJ concert we all wanted to swim and they just turned the lights out on us at 11:30.

Will never stay here again. TV remote didn't work. The advertised indoor hot tub was seemingly out of order, as it appeared very unclean/unfiltered and had caution cones around it (yet no sign). The most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. No support. Caved in so much upon sitting or laying, it was almost bouncy. Absolutely terrible quality. The window unit was very old and did a poor job of cooling the room, resulting in the whole family waking up thru the night sweating. Not to mention the room keys would reset themselves, resulting in having to go to the office to get a new one. Would never recommend. 3/10

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff, especially the young man "RAHM" who was very friendly and helped us get the show tickets we wanted. The only negative was that the toilet seemed to be very slow to drain and may not have worked properly. We are looking forward to another stay some time. Rm 204.

I check in into the place . I place all of my stuff on and I saw a roach under the table close to the sink

It was just off the end of the strip, easy to get to. The rooms were nice and clean, without carpet. The bed was elevated. They do this to prevent bugs, but it was also nice to see clean rooms. The shower had good water pressure and great hot water. When the front desk person received a phone call, he took a number to call that person back. He explained he was checking in a person and would call them back. This felt like good customer service. My complaints are that the bed was too hard for me, but this is a minor detail. Duct tape around the AC unit worked just fine.

Staff was super nice and accommodating

Spilled water on bathroom floor, wife took a used face towel to wipe up the water, and the towel was black with dirt after wiping up the water on the floor. Also found someone else's underwear in the room. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH EXPERIENCE!

In comparison to the prices of other hotels, this was great! Hot breakfast was very good. Room was clean. But the hotel is very dated and the "heated" pool could barely be called heated! I mean, I could feel that the water was warm coming out of the jets but it did not heat the rest of the pool. And even though the pool was indoors, you had to walk outside to get from your room to the indoor pool. So it was FREEZING cold getting from the pool to our room with it being early April and only in the 40s!!! Like I said, for the price it was great, but if you are looking for a nicer hotel I'd keep looking.

Pet friendly, clean tooms, soft towels

We were pleased with our room and the property amenities. We stayed in a single queen room, so the room was not spacious, but met our needs. I am sure the other rooms were larger, but we only needed the one bed. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of towels, etc. for our use. Our room was quiet. Standard housekeeping is offered every other day. Based on the information we read, there are 5 rooms available that can accommodate up to 2 pets of no more than 20 lbs. There is a $25 per night charge for each pet. The staff members were friendly and helpful. We observed members of the staff moving about the property which indicates that they are readily available to assist guests and handle any issues. The breakfast room and pool buildings were separate from the buildings with the rooms, but each building was only a short walk from our building. The separate buildings would be inconvenient during inclement or very cold weather, but we were not inconvenienced. The property has an incline, so people with walking issues might have difficulties. The breakfast room accommodated several guests, the food was good, and there were a variety of options. We spent several hours relaxing on the small deck located on one end of the pool building. Some touch-up painting on the buildings, and the replacement of some of the picnic tables would add some eye appeal. There are several restaurants within an easy walk from the property.

The person at the front desk was very nice. The pool had paint floating in it and there were 3 towels in the room for 4 people for 2 days. Housekeeping did not come as well room was nicely decorated. The pool
