Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. This property was a good deal with the lazy river and water slide. It was enough to add a little fun and keep the kids busy. They need to get more tubes though. They were taken quickly and there were few people. The room was clean and large. A small table would have fit and been nice. The pool bar/restaurant was convenient, the tacos were very good. The breakfast buffet was average, not worth the cost but with our Expedia resv it was included ( make sure to ask at for a voucher, they didn’t automatically give it to me). We just went to the medieval dinner on this trip but the hotel is close to the amusement parks as well.

Good bang for the buck! Definitely will stay again. Very clean. Rooms are large. Nice pool and lazy river. Close to alot of places to eat. Short drive to all the parks. Poolside bar was nice. Friendly service. Definitely recommend!

Was good however they need to hire more lifeguards so they don’t have to close the lazy river down because of that issue. Also to open it on time.

We arrived and it was very busy so it took a while to check in. Once we got up to our rooms they were spacious and appeared clean. We spent time down in the pool and lazy river which were both dirtier than we expected. We got down to the pool and had to wait a half an hour before the life guards opened the lazy river even though it was past time. I woke up with bug bites twice. Once on the face and once on the arm. I am positive they had not been there before bed. Over all it was cheap enough that we stayed the entirety we had planned to. It was family friendly, the hallways did smell of weed. There was bleach stains or something in the hallways and on the chairs in our room so there must be some kind of other issue going on.

Pool was not heated as advertised, hot tub was dirty, pool towels were old and small. Life guard staff was always late so lazy river opened late daily, closed early, and there were not enough tubes. Life guard staff was playing music through bluetooth speaker blaring profanities and our kids heard it and told us. Pool was so cold that we had to find other things to do off property. We stayed in March and weather was still cold. We reached out to management through email and phone several times with no response.I would not recommend staying at this property.

Couldn’t check me in properly. Never gave me a key. Felt very uncomfortable, was told I would receive full compensation. Room and hotel could be better. Now hotels customer service is chasing them for the refund that was promised.

Our 4 yo found an empty beer can behind the sofa, and I got a horrible allergy as soon as I stepped foot in the room, the carpet felt sticky as well. We've stayed at this hotel multiple times ans this is the first time my allergies acted up so bad.
