I have stayed here before and thought it was a perfectly decent hotel. This time, I did have some minor issues in my room, even though I did have a very comfortable night's sleep while I was there. I don't think the cleaning people checked the fridge, because the previous occupants had left some salads in there. In addition, the fridge must have been set on a very low temperature, because I put my water bottle inside overnight, and it was frozen in the morning. I did not see any way to adjust the temperature, so I didn't use the fridge on my second day. There was an iron that I wanted to use, but the ironing board was missing. I could have called down to the desk, I guess, but I was annoyed and just put down a towel on the desk and ironed my shirt there. The biggest issue was the shower/tub. It is hard to believe that the cleaning people wouldn't have noticed that the tub doesn't drain. I feel like they should have told maintenance about it. I was standing in several inches of water when I took a 5-minute shower. The tub took between 10 and 15 minutes to fully drain after I turned off the shower. The other shower issue was with the shower curtain. The curtain rod was the kind that is rounded and curves out from the tub area. It wasn't level, so the curtain slipped down about a foot on both ends, so water sprayed out of the shower onto the floor. I feel like someone is not doing a good job of checking these rooms between occupants.

Hallways smelled musty. Shampoo dispenser very hard to get much out of. Body wash dispenser was completely empty. On the positive side, front desk staff was very efficient and helpful.

Good things - room AC worked, king bed was ok, staff was polite.
Not so good things - property is in disrepair. Continental breakfast below average. Photos from website are misleading; our room did not look like those photos. Other brands nicer for similar money.

When we got to our room, we were impressed. However that quickly changed when the tv, microwave, nor refrigerator were even plugged in! The light on phone continuously blinked. Clock didn’t work, nor did the usb ports on clock or lamp. Got a new clock which still had no working outlets or usb ports. They showed us that we had to turn tv on via remote then go to tv to get it on correct setting.
Soap dispenser by sink was clogged, so they had to fix that.
And lastly a very loud dog was across the hall that liked to bark a lot. I get dogs are allowed but should have a specific section for them. I love animals and have dogs myself, but the fact that it was barking after 10 pm was ridiculous.

This room was okay for the price. The TV didn’t work in my room, which was a bummer. Seemed fairly clean. Glad they’ve taken most of the carpet out of the rooms. The walls are thin so you hear everything walking down the hallways.

I have been staying at this hotel a lot these past few months. Staff are always friendly and helpful. However, last week when I stayed there, my daughter and I developed a few marks on us, and we assumed it was spider bites. However, this past week we developed TONS of bite marks on us, and we went to the doctor, who said it was bed bugs. SO....I will no longer be staying here.
