Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Conshohocken

Very clean, great free breakfast, I would definitely come back. My only thing was that I feel parking should be free.

Saturday night parking was tight but was able to score a spot!

There was no breakfast one morning. Also there was no water at front. Those two items would have mad my stay more pleasurable.

Good stay but the hotel is right on the commuter rail line. Fortunately, it was the weekend and there were few trains. During the work week, I suspect it’s another story

Only 1 out of 3 TVs worked and the 1 that did work had volume issues. We asked the front desk several times (more than 3) to fix it. 1 of the times they gave us a custer service number forbthe internet and when we called we needed info about the hotel that we would have to ask the front desk for. Breakfast could have been better if a 3 yr old cooked it. Apple juice has floating stuff in it. Hair was on the 2 plates. Most of the Sausage was burnt in half. Not like 1 side was burnt but still edible. No, think of a ying yang symbol and thats what it looked liked. Flys all around and on food. Had to pay for parking and it was notba secure lot or shaded. Just a normal parking lot for i think $16 a day. Bed was soft and pillows need to be replaced. Walmart has better pillows for $5. Normally, I love going to hotels but this stay was horrible.

It was a huge room with basically a full kitchen

3 star hotel no frills

Room was visibly dirty. Dead bugs on desk. Sheets had brown stains throughout them. Door to AC unit off sitting on wall. Room was humid. Shame because I had stayed at this hotel before and had no problems.

The staff was lovely and we enjoyed out stay!

The property was so quiet and so peaceful

It turned out to be a great stay. There was a misunderstanding about the accomodations in the rooms we booked but the staff was really great about helping us out with it and we ended up really happy there . (Shout out to Zacariya at the front desk for being so great!)

Working with Expedia, was an easier process for me.

It was a hotel and it had a pool. The popcorn was great!

We stay here often when we visit our daughter at a nearby college. The staff are excellent. Parking is easy. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is good. The property is clean. Only issues is the train, earplugs are provided; but I bring my own earplugs.

Wonderful

I would like to report an issue with the freezer in our room 530， Unfortunately, it was not working properly and failed to keep items cold. As a result, the milk and meat products we stored inside completely spoiled overnight, and we had to throw everything away. This caused a significant loss for us. We kindly ask that you check the appliance as soon as possible and assist us in addressing the inconvenience and loss caused by this issue.

Front desk staff was fine, room clean. Location somewhat out of the way. Railroad tracks nearby, but no discernible noise. Building functional, could use a face lift. Bed comfortable. Overall ok, but not up to snuff compared with other Residence Inns in which we’ve stayed.

Neither my wife or I could sleep at all due to an excessively noisy air conditioning unit. I finally called the front desk when a very loud metallic noise (as if something fell and struck another metal surface inside the wall) and the only response was that they would notify maintenance the next day. Due to being exhausted and not wanting to pack all of our belongings, I did not insist on another room. However, under the circumstances, I shouldn't have had to ask. The response gave me the impression that the staff was well aware of the issue and that our comfort was not a concern. With as much business as I have given Marriott over the years, I definitely expected better service and attention to detail, especially with something as blatant as an air conditioning unit that is positioned less than 5 feet from the guest bed. I've stayed at a number of lodging properties in that area of varying accomodation levels. This was, by far, the WORST experience I've encountered. I certainly expected more from a Marriott branded property.
