I love the size and layout of the rooms. Location of the hotel is easily accessible to shops, restaurants and major highways

Was pretty good overall. Spacious room with full kitchen. Only issues were terrible water pressure in the shower and nightstand drawers that wouldn't close.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend

The Residence Inn New York The Bronx at Metro Center Atrium was an excellent choice. The cleanliness was the best. Spills cleaned immediately. Excellent staff.

Staff was exceptional. Room was clean. Hotel was lovely and so was the room. Would stay again.

Very poor service

My electric sockets were not working when I arrived. I was trying to charge my phone when I got to the room. Nothing worked. The desk clerk wanted to sell me a new charger instead of sending someone up to the room to check it out. My tv stopped working at 7 in the morning I was told the engineer comes in at 11. After going back and forth someone came up and fixed it. There was a large bug in my room. Disgusting. It was not a good experience.

We liked the room, spacious, very nice kitchen area, with a nice size refrigerator. The kitchen was very complete. Everything was very clean. We were there one night for bereavement and I had to iron my husband's shirt. I took out the ironing board and when I looked at the iron, it had what looked like burnt fabric on it. Totally unusable. I called the front desk and they said housekeeping would come to replace it. They did not arrive (it was around 8:30 pm) so I called again and brought the iron down and the front desk had a replacement for me, along with an ice bucket that we did not have). House keeping came with another iron about an hour later. Also - the television was very very dark and there was difficulty using the remote control. Lastly and most - I was unable to sleep as the heater vent was very loud, going on and off periodically. And with that the smell of marijuana was coming through the ventilation. That was the worst of it. We paid $289.00 plus insurance protection, for that price we did not expect these inconveniences. You claim non smoking throughout, but weed was being smoked and traveling to our room through the vent by the window near our bed. Not happy about this. It was difficult enough to go to my husband's mother's wake and funeral on 4/16 and 4/17. The lack of sleep because of this just made it worse. Everyone else and everything else was good although I was surprised that we had to clean our own breakfast plates and utensils from the table.

My checking wasn’t welcoming. I had to call for extra bedding sheets waited almost 2 hours. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Nice to have free breakfast. Staff was lukewarm with a few exceptions. They need to be more welcoming and friendly.
