went for my birthday, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, even brought chardonnay to my room, always opened the front door for us, and when we left, the staff helped load our luggage into the vehicle!

Have been staying at this property for 17 years. This year’s stay was excellent until my last night. Very disappointed in the noise levels below my room. From the reception to the machine that was bellowing for a good hour or so to the people hollering out front. No insulation against sound at all. Time to move to a different location next year.

Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht besonders empfehlenswert! Einziger wirklicher Pluspunkt ist die sehr gute Lage am Ocans Drive. Die Zimmer wurden sehr schlecht gereinigt. Kein Toilettenpapier, Boden und vor allem die Toilette schlecht gereinigt. Einmal das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gemacht usw. / Am Pool meist sehr laute uns störende Discomusik. Zu wenige Sonnenschirme ebenfalls am Pool. Am Stand werden pro Tag für Sonnenschirm und Liege 40 Dollar fällig. Angeblich weil diese von einem externen Dienstleister betrieben werden. Denke das ist nicht so, da dieser Dienstleister im Hotel ein und aus geht! Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollten solche Sachen auf jeden Fall inklusive sein! Wir würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Aside from the room needing some updating and small table with chairs, the royal palm didn't disappoint with it's beautiful pool and beach access!! Was able to walk everywhere with plenty of restaurants to choose from!

This property is very old and in need of an update badly. The lobby is inviting but that’s about it. The rooms are old and run down. You can clearly see they are in need of repair and updating. The beds are horrible and kept me up. Every time I moved it would make loud noises as if I might fall through. When I alerted the front desk staff she simply stated oh I’ll have our engineer to put something underneath. I let her know it already felt like something was underneath and that was broken. A new bed is needed, The location of the hotel was great and I think this is why they are able to charge what they do because aside from that; I will not be looking to stay here again until they do some renovations.

Unfortunately the property is not in good condition and is not well taken care of. Our room was dirty on arrival, the public areas are dirty, the elevator was broken, if you call and ask for something (towels, etc.) you would have to remind them multiple times. The bathroom by the pool was particularly gross. After our room was cleaned the deadbolt somehow got latched from within and it took 45 minutes for someone to come let us in. We sat by the pool all day and not even once did someone come over and ask if we wanted food or drinks. The hotel is in a great location and has beach access but needs a significant increase in maitenence or a full rebuild. Other than the cleanliness issues, the hotel is certainly outdated. I do want to say that when interacting with staff everyone was kind and respectful.

Hotellet har flott beliggenhet. Rett på stranden og gåavstand til butikker og restauranter. Fint og romslig rom med havutsikt. Vennlig og hjelpsomt personale. God mat. Dessverre var det generelt skittent rundt omkring på hotellet. Spesielt på gulv i gangene, på gulvet i lobbyen og restaurantene. Hotellet er veldig slitt. Trenger total renovering. Lite utvalg av mat og drikke til frokost, men fikk det vi trengte. Maten var god.

The beach access and outdoor dining were very good. The service was subpar in the hotel. We had to wait over an hour past our expected check in time and eventually they ended up giving us a different room.

Had an overall great experience! Very friendly staff, much larger than expected room (which we were allowed to check into before noon, as they had availability), great pools and beach access and close to everything. Highly recommend!
