We had a great stay here! :) The room was spacious, we were 5 girls and had plenty of room (except maybe in the bathroom which was a little tight) but overall waaaay more spacious than any other NYC hotel we’ve stayed before.

I want to commend The Sanctuary NYC for their hospitality. Five stars all around. The apt we stayed in was very spacious for 6 people, included enough bedding and living space for all. Kitchen was clean and well equipped with all necessities. Bathroom clean and staff was always available to refresh your towels and linens if asked. Location wise it was all we can ask for as 1st timers in NYC. Neighborhood is friendly, food and bars every corner, shopping and transportation blocks away. We are very pleased and happy with our stay, looking forward to be back. Thank you Sanctuary NYC!

Grundlæggende et dejligt sted, men det er dyrt i New York, og selvom der er kvadratmeter for pengene, så er udstyrsniveauet ikke så godt. Værelserne er ved at være nedslidte, men de står vist også foran renovering. Beliggenheden er rigtig fin, hvis man ikke vil bo midt i turistfælderne, og personalet er både meget venlige og særdeles hjælpsomme. Det største problem for os var støj. På det første værelse særligt fra gaden, men også fra kvarteret og bygningen. Da vi flyttede til et nyt værelse, var der stadig støj fra kvarteret, men også fra bygningen og ikke mindst renoveringsarbejder helt frem til omkring midnat. Alt i alt var det en fed ferie og et godt ophold, men man skal primært vælge hotellet, hvis man gerne vil bo i en ok lejlighed i Lower East Side.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. I loved that dominos pizza was located next to the building because it was easy to go and grab a bite to eat after a long night out. If you stay here you would enjoy your stay.
