It started with a huge mix up with the reservation. Hotels .com fixed it and gave me extra rewards points for the inconvenience.
Additionally, the hotel front desk clerk , Mykia was an absolute jewel! I am a teacher and had a music program, so I couldn't check in until after 9 pm. Because of the mix up, she upgraded our room, which made our stay even better. A true value and I will be back!!!

I always enjoy my stay here. Ervin and Mykia both are super friendly and always make sure that check in is smooth they are both the reason we keep returning.

It’s very well taken care of. View of beach & accessibility to beach. Excellent. Room very clean & quiet
I didn’t like parking garage, very low clearance & doable but risky for trucks, vans & SUV’s. Was on 10th floor & vending machines/ice in lobby.
Indoor pool area nice but very small & has inconvenient open/close time.
Hard to find located in between other tall hotels, the 1 sign with showing name of hotel it being at the top of building. Quite a lot of street contraction which makes entering & leaving a lil bit difficult.
All in all we really loved our stay. Customer service & all staff very friendly & helpful.
WOULD definitely stay again & refer friends & family

Very dirty and gross. Every piece of bedding from bedspread to pillowcase had some kind of stain on it, some small, some large, varying colors and sizes and there was crusty residue on parts of the bedspread and all over the upholstered chair. There were also dead bugs in between the sheets that we found when we stripped the bed. The kitchen faucet hot water knob leaked if turned on. The hair dryer did not work. The phone did not work. Overall bad smell in the room and in the hallway. Front desk at check-in and check-out were both courteous and professional. Room was disgusting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There is nothing wrong with Seaview, I think it is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. It was incredibly cheap and provided me a bed for the night. The room and hotel itself could be a lot cleaner. The view from the room was excellent.

The property is a little dated, but for the price and convenience to everything it is worth it. The staff is pleasant, and I even have a favorite room now. In the great words of the terminator.."I'll be back."

We were on the 10th floor, the room had new carpet, freshly painted and and quite clean. The door knobs to the balcony and bathroom loose in coming out of the doors. If they were refurbishing, perhaps they just hadn’t gotten this far. The staff was accommodating, but when For an extra blanket, I was told it was only one person on duty and would I please come down and get it. Wasn’t a big deal. We did go down and get the Blanket. The insulation is lacking. I could hear our neighbors clearly and I’m very glad I had earplugs. They were also doing beach Erosion work on the beach with heavy equipment. Not the hotels a fault of course again glad I had ear plugs.

I have stayed here about 4 times and I enjoy it every time when I need a staycation away from my kids this is where I come it’s such an amazing view the bed is comfortable and the pool is heated…. The staff is always sure kind and willing to answer questions when you need it this is definitely a great place to stay on the beach for a Great price. The 9th floor is my favorite for the view.

It was an alright stay. Definitely don’t want to book here again. Front desk doesn’t seem to be much help when the room next to you is banging doors and partying at 4:30 am even if you call and tell them a bunch of times. not kid friendly unfortunately.
