It was quiet & easily accessible to food & some shopping. I would stay here again. Breakfast was ok too.

Good location for a good price

At first I thought it was going to be a great place they were very great changing our stay from march to april because they changed the surgery date. First impressions of the room, there was a shopping bag taped over the smoke detector, Because the office chair was broken, we could not stand on it to remove it. We did go down the desk and let them know, she said she would have someone remove it the following day. The next morning when we left for surgery, I asked that we get a different office chair so I could sit and work when we got back to the room. I was told no they had no extra rooms. I said I wasn't asking to move rooms I just wanted a chair to sit at the desk. I suggested maybe they would have a folding chair; I was told they didn't have one. Very disappointing, not a good representation for Sanford.

The breakfast was not good. The coffee was watered down the orange juice wasn’t even cold. The room was very cold then when we turned heat up a little bit the room shot up to 80 degrees there was no middle ground. You can also tell that the beds have been slept on one side the most so there was indented on that side so they should be rotated every now and then.

Clean and comfortable stay. Would happily stay again.

Everything was absolutely wonderful from the first phone call to checking out. Thank you for your service 🙏

Nice room, staff, location and breakfast.

Only thing are the plugins were loose. You never knew if your items was charging

Check in and room was fine. In a previous visit, I gave the hotel a good report. It was much improved from a few years ago. Some areas of concern during this stay. At breakfast, the juice dispenser still hadn’t been fixed from a month ago. There was no butter. I asked about it and there still was no butter for the second breakfast. Something more concerning came up during stay. On the first day of our stay, housekeeping knocked on the door mid afternoon. I called out that we didn’t need housekeeping. The second morning, housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 am. We were walking to the door and the maid was already using her key to open the door. She said that she wasn’t told if we had checked out already. (We didn’t ask for our room to be made up when we checked in.) This seems like very unusual behaviour by housekeeping. It seemed like they want to get into the room, but why? We’re concerned about items being removed from our room while we’re away. Apparently, there’s a new housekeeping service, along with new ownership. I think that we’ll avoid this hotel in the future. Peace of mind is worth a lot!

Everything was great!

We were making our way home, and enjoy the shooing and restaurants that Fargo has to offer.

It was great only thing was conditioner was empty but it was late when i got in so didnt worry to much. Bed is super comfortable

The hotel worked for an over nighter.

Wasnt really at the hotel long enough to give a proper review. If i stay 3 or 4 more times i can give a prooer review.

This is will be a "one and done" stay for us. When we got there to check in the front desk clerk was having a private conversation with another guest, not helping them with anything hotel related, she did not acknowledge that I was even there & kept talking. There conversation continued for 15 minutes, at that time I interrupted and asked if we could check in. She said she was helping another customer, at which time that person said "we can finish our conversation later" and walked away. I handed her my ID & credit card, she held out her hand, said nothing. She did not apologize, say anything else or ask any information from me. As she handed me the room key she said I upgraded you, nothing else. I did not ask for this, nor need it. And let me say it was NOT and upgrade. We had been traveling for 5+ hrs after a full work day & it was late. When we got to our room the door was open, the deadbolt was engaged so the door would not close. When we went in, it was obvious the room had not been vacuumed. There was a pile of dirt/sand on the floor between the beds and other debris scattered throughout the room on the carpet. We were exhausted & did not want to deal with the front desk person & having to move rooms, as were leaving early in the morning and wanted to get some rest. Lastly, the hot breakfast items were cold & hard(sausage). This was not a good experience. We will not be returning but hopefully with this information you can make the needed improvements for future guests
