Very quiet and orderly. Neatly kept grounds and friendly staff. Very family oriented establishment which seems geared to large groups. Mildly surprised how comfortable and quiet it was for the middle of the city.

The property is in downtown Memphis, so the things around it are all dependent on itself, not upon the hotel. We were greeted very well, given all the help that we needed to understand how to get to a room. She helped us with me being allergic to things making sure that I didn't have a problem before we even checked in.
Other than a few other things it was very good.

This hotel is cheap for a reason. There is a pervasive smell of pot in the elevators and halls. Carpets need cleaned. The downstairs bathrooms are never unlocked. The bathroom in my room was gross.

Staying here at The Sleep Inn and Suites SE is a very nice and comfortable hotel to stay, friendly staff…spite the street to get to the hotel needs a fixing…I give it a 4 ⭐️’s

Very sketchy place! Pictures online are old. The building is old. Room was nasty! Floor wasnt swept, fake purple nail laying in the floor plus tons of other trash. Very loud on this floor at almost 10:30 on a Sunday night. Alot of shady people hanging out in the parking lot. Wouldn't recommend especially with Children.

We had a non smoking room bed covers had burn holes toilet back was broken. The room and hotel had no air conditioning it was very hot. I will avoid ever staying in these hotels ever again

The room had a little smell to it as we walked in that was old. Then no microwave was in our room so we had to walk back and forward just to warm our food up. They could at least had one on each floor. The iron was missing as well.
