Everything was great, staff were friendly

On the older side, but spruced up and clean. The bed was comfortable and the night was quiet.

I will rebook this property for sure

This small hotel was clean, and the staff was welcoming. They answered many of my questions. It was conveniently located to the gardens that I was visiting.

No USB plugs in rooms - was told to go and buy an adapter at local store! Breakfast was missing a toaster and bread for toasting. Otherwise was sufficient. Rooms were clean but dated. We were called to see if we had a cart in our room -we never used a cart! we were taking a nap. Would not stay here again when traveling from FL to PA

The stay at the Sleep In Richmond North was good. The beds were comfortable and shower size was big. There needs to be more hooks in the room if the towels are encouraged to be reused to be more environmentally efficient. There was only one mirror at the sink. It would’ve been nice to have a long wall mirror. The grab and go breakfast was great except for the fact that the microwave was not strong enough to cook the burrito/breakfast sandwiches provided. The kids enjoyed the waffle maker and there were lots of breakfast options to choose from. Check in was easy but Check out was challenging. We gave our key card to a gentleman at the front desk to check out. The next day I noticed they charged us for an extra night. When I called the next day, I was told that they will follow up on why we were charged an extra night and send an email. 4 days later and $145 short in my checking account, I have not gotten an email on the refund and when I called back to check I was told by the front desk person to call back in 2 days if it has not been resolved. That does not make sense when it was their mistake. The refund should have been resolved the initial time I called. Therefore the stay was great but the service I gave 2 stars.

Room was fine for a budget hotel. Didn't match what was described in the listing, but it was ok. Breakfast was above average, with microwavable sandwiches as well as the usual other budget breakfast options. Front desk staff were efficient.

The room was gross, there was food in closet and something sticky on the floor when we arrived. The shower floor wasn’t even so it was uncomfortable, drain cover wasn’t even attached. Breakfast included a waffle station, processed foods and frozen breakfast burritos.

Great location for a one night stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was ok but the water did not get very hot.

Had a real bad experience Went to check out the Bible and there was no bible but a half bag of pork grinds from the previous guests People in the parking lot getting high Room was not clean and in need of updating

The area around the property is a little bit rough but for its price, this is absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at in the Richmond area.

My stay was amazing best hotel in rva for a great price..it was so clean and peaceful and a nin smoking hotel wich even tho i smoke i love, i dont ever smoke inside and dont like the smell so i like that, the staff was great and the breakfast bar was full spread..hidden gem in rva

I was so happily surprised , this hotel is a hidden gen in rva, the water crisis had me in need if a place to stay for few days where i could shower and be comfortable , and i didnt wnat to leave, loved that it is a non smoking hotel, super clean and keeps the typical rif raf u see in rva away, super chill and quiet, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the 1et tine ive actually seen a full spread breakfast bar, anaxxing...i will definitely be back

Nice place , Mr Kevin was kind person as he let us check in 2hours earlier than scheduled. Clean neat and good hotel
