What a relaxing place to stay. Check in was excellent, giving a thoughtful description of how to make the best use of the facility. The room was clean and comfortable. Mineral water from the lake is available in the room bathtub, heated and private. It's also available in several hot tubs. The grounds provide many spots to enjoy the lake and find shade.

Cozy room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with lighted mirror. Maid Service sign did not work even though maid was in hallway right outside our room, she never came to our room. Office said maids gone for the day, and we had to request maid service. Receptionist did bring towels. Carpet in our room was dirty. Very disappointed in the level of the lake near the resort. Long walk to get to the water. Bottom of the lake was soft. Feet sink in the mud.

There are a variety of activities you can do on this property, which seemed appealing, hot tub, mineral lake access, fitness equipment and possibly sauna. All seemed a bit tired at this point in the season. Our room was clean, however the broken blinds, trickling shower, and no coffee cups contributed to a low to average score.

They could only provide one key to the room. The room accommodated 4 and there were 4 in the room. I asked for three more keys and the lady at the front desk said they were fully booked and will have to wait until people check out before they could make more keys. I recommend they order more key cards. It was incredibly inconvenient.

They were out of a lot of things such as towels and paper towels. Coffee machine in office out of order. Seemed to be understaffed but were courteous. We reserved a lake view room but were told since we reserved on Expedia details were incorrect, a bit disappointing based on what we thought we were getting.

We booked a room at the Soap Lake Natural Spa & Resort, where it is possible to take mineral baths, which is important for me due to my health condition. Unfortunately, at 10 p.m., when I wanted to take a mineral bath, there was no water in it. I was promised that someone would come and fix this issue, but no one ever showed up. On top of that, our room was not cleaned that day, and the towels were not changed. It is very disappointing to pay $165 per night and not receive even the most basic service.

Rebecca at reception was nice and professional.
Lovely modern and clean large reception area.
Loved the use of the hot tub then we enjoyed sunset by the lake in comfy chairs until it was dark.
Peaceful retreat for a couple or a family!

While the resort (misleading) felt unclean and the room was pasted together with different tiles, flooring and decor it was very outdated.
However the lady at the front desk was very kind and inviting.

Nice spot and facilities. Altho the owners need to be aware of who is in the rooms around them when they decide to do home improvements from 10:30pm until 4:00am..no excuse for the noise, whatsoever. They comped us an hour in the spa, however the fact we got no sleep for 1 of the 2 nights we were there , left a bad taste in our mouths.
