Great walking area

The hotel is ok. The lobby is ok, however the stairs were filthy, they hadn't been vacuumed a long time. There was a code to get to the corridoor of rooms, however this door was always unlocked. The corridor smelt like paint, and again the floors/carpet was dirty. The room itself was fine, pretty basic, bed was comfortable, however it's not sound-proofed and the you can hear everything like it's in the room, with other doors constantly being slammed shut. And also party-goers screaming in the halls all throughout the night. I would not stay here again.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach and plenty of dining options close by.

Hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach,food and fun activities.

Great stay staff was nice. Elevator was down but they were happy to help with bags. My only complaint would be that the gym was not kept up at all. The sink barely runs the toilet didn’t work and it was very dusty and dirty. It was a bit disappointing as that’s the biggest reason we picked this hotel. But everything else was great and service makes up for it.

Overall a great place to stay! Would recommend!

Very nice location but but but definitely needs to be refurbished from the staircase to the rooms. Clean when we walked in but so much dust everywhere and on my clothes as we came back . The stairs are disgusting and can tell they have never been hoovered. If this place had a refurbishment it could easily be 5*. Staff were friendly and location is amazing otherwise… but that’s how they get you

Really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, felt safe, had a nice pool, near lots of restaurants and 2 blocks from the beach. There’s a parking garage less than a block away for $20 a night. I would def come back here!

First the room floor was dirty after complaining to front desk i went back to the room to find housekeeping already in there..she cleaned it with bleach but under the bed there was still trash like empty water bottles and box of toothpaste from the people before us. The pool ledge was also dirty DO NOT LEAN on it my cream color bikini is now stained with some black stuff from leaning on it !! it was also pretty unsafe two guys were smoking in front of the kenmore building and me and my friend stepped out to look for or uber eats order it hadn’t came so we waited in our building 3 seconds later those two guys came in our building and cat called us and walked out..security came about 2 min later Key cards kept glitching i get it’s supposed to be easier with it being on the app but some days it worked on my phone and some times it worked on my friends phone. also if you request items from housekeeping they won’t knock.. i think it’s expected we just keep opening the door waiting for it to appear.

AC is very noisy. Room is small and feels old. Shower is small Room are poorly isolated so very noisy at night from people coming back from clubs. Swimming pool small. The only positive aspect is the location for me and it was cheap.

LOVED LOVED this hotel! everything from how walkable to the beach it is, how clean, the staff, the pool! will definitely come back

Great location.

I booked a solo trip for a fews days. I felt safe, as there were security present at all times. It felt like I was at a mini resort. They offer food, drinks, and hookah. This hotel was in the perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach and the shopping strip. The room in the Davis building was nice, spacious, and clean. The room came with a safe, mini fridge, and keurig. I will be booking again!

Photos were cropped and saturated in a way that made the property look much newer and more luxurious than it actually was. Furniture in common areas seemed worn and dirty, old building, people slamming doors and neighbors stomping around above us, weird overpowering citrus scent in all the hallways and AC and elevator were broken.
