Cost was good for what we needed. Few issues sink leaked when water was on. TV remote didn't work, got another one that didn't work.

The stay was average. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. The receptionist and management can use some training in customer service. Both were rude and unaccommodating. Customer service goes a long way. Because of the unprofessional service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everywhere in the bathroom was hair. The tub wasn't cleaned . I left at 8 am for a meeting and I saw no housecleaning person. I won't be back

My bathroom had mold in it and when I reported to the front desk about it he told me he was going to check and never came there where stains on my lamp and I told the front desk people like 3 different times about everything and nothing happened

Bed was comfy that's the only thing that was ok... everything else was not up to par Walls had spots in the restroom and room itself looks like mold. Curtains were dirty cigarette holes also on chair. People making noise throughout the night

I appreciated being able to chrck in early and because it was empty the cashier didnt charge for an early check in. The property around the hotel is very nice.
I dont appreciate the fact thst they hold 100.00 and it has been a week since I checked out out and they havent releasex the 100.00 hold on my card.
