This was a very nice property. It’s close to several restaurants and even a gas station the lady at the front desk.Lynze, Heather and Sage always greeted me when I entered or left the building. It was nice to have people smile when they greet you and act like they really are happy you’re there. I will recommend this hotel because of those three ladies to all my friends and family.

Great basic hotel, not a lot of fluff, but new clean and had everything we needed for a nights stay.

It was clean, staff was friendly. It’s right along the on-ramp to the freeway but wasn’t loud. The king room we had was very spacious and clean. The furnishings/layout in the room seemed awkward. There’s a large kitchen counter with sink, all alone. The smallest fridge possible is on another wall under a very janky tv stand (crooked shelves and all). There was no chair for the desk area but a fabric ottoman instead. The bed is across the room from the tv so far away it made the tv seem too small. No hot tub, just outdoor pool.
Overall everything that mattered was good. It’s just a basic hotel that does the trick.

The room was clean except for the two spiders we found. The continental breakfast was adequate: bagels, juice, muffins. Staff was friendly. Our biggest problem was lack of chairs with a back. The only chair in the room was an automan-like stool. When I inquired at the desk, there wasn't even a folding chair available. My 83-year-old father would have liked to sit somewhere besides the bed.

Front desk is not welcoming. Sage snapped to everybody that talked to her. Our sink eas clogged unit #201, called front desk was toldshe was the only one there and cant find drano.

We only stayed for the night so that we were able to attend a graduation nearby but the room was huge, clean (although it had a small lingering scent of smoke like the previous guest had been a smoker), and comfortable. The room allowed for me to do work and the kids to watch tv. I liked the wireless charging for the cellphone in the room. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. My husband and our children briefly got breakfast. My only complaint is that we had 4 guests total and they only gave us 3 towels. Other than that, I would stay again in the future.

I should have known that an empty part king kit a 5pm was a bad sign. Meet wouldn’t open doors, couldn’t get back in from the pool. Half the back building is boarded up. Room had stains in the carpet and dirty remote and shower. TV keeps disconnecting and would have the video go out every 4-5 minutes needing to be restarted. Couldn’t Gina a guide, and half the stations don’t work. And you can’t hook up your own device. The dorm room fridge couldn’t hold anything. The final reason was a homeless person camping outside my ground floor.room

Water stopped in our room after telling them we were just there to shower. Naked soaped up family member in the shower with no running water in the hotel all of a sudden with two hours ticking for us to shower, dress and complete our personal things was really rude because I’m pretty positive they did it on purpose. I went down there to the lobby and told the host so she walked “to get maintenance man” and i heard the water turn back on throughout the entire building. When my husband walked to the the lobby the host and maintenance man were both laughing. We felt it was inappropriate behavior in the moment which led us to still believe it was intentional.
I picked this place over all because of the reviews, this place was not really what I expected. Also there was no breakfast as described. I saw bagels and coffee. Dingy walls, not very well upkeep. I could have went cheaper and gotten the same.
