Nice hotel, very clean, great staff and big rooms. We enjoyed our pre-cruise stay. The breakfast was good, and included a variety of juices, milk, coffee, hot selection of eggs and breakfast meat, cereals, oatmeal, waffle station.
Many others in the hotel were also going to the same cruise as we did (out of Galveston).

It was a great place to stay, the little snack area where you can purchase a few snacks or drinks was so convenient, and there is an awesome mexican restaurant next door. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

We recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites Houston Hobby Airport hotel and accidentally left behind a pair of Apple AirPods. We’ve been tracking the device and noticed it’s been repeatedly moving between the hotel and a nearby apartment complex.
We’ve contacted the hotel directly, but they have not been able to locate our reservation or assist in recovering the AirPods. We’d appreciate any help you can provide in looking into this matter further.

Pool not open green-yuck maybe will get serviced. I’ve lived in Pasadena so I know it’s humid here, but the room felt extra humid. Bedding and floor felt wet. Restroom is tiny, I’m a 5’4 150 lbs gal. I got a second room and yes the first one was not ok, but I had to pay more

Stayed with my family of 5. It was nice to have two full beds and a sofa bed that pulled out to sleep 2. The pullout mattress was stained and needed to be replaced though. The bathroom had a toilet and shower/tub and the quarters were so small that my child who is 60lbs and 4’ tall banged her elbow while trying to use the toilet. The facility needs to be updated but the staff was nice and the place was kept pretty clean. On our second night the hotel was out of towels which is not professional either I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was pleasant and got us checked in fine, but had to call us back down to desk to rerun the CC. Room was nice and very cold!! We loved that! But the hallways did has an odd smell to them….like someone smoked a dirty sock.

In the outside is unkept. The “yard” is not cut. There were mushrooms in the yard because it was so long. The sink was stopped up in our room and it leaked underneath. The service was good and the breakfast was good.

We specifically rented this hotel because it had a pool and bar in the hotel. The pool was closed and i was told the bar is permanently closed. But that wasnt in the description of the hotel and was no disclosed. There are actually pictures with tge bar in the listing.

The property was not what was on the pictures. The pool did not look like the pictures. My fridge was dirty and didnt get cold. The room messed like mildew. And the front desk was not knowledgeable. Will never visit again.
