• The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. All guests must contact the property at least 1 week prior to arrival to receive check-in instructions via email, and to arrange on-request amenities and payment of any fees. Failure to contact the property prior to arrival could result in inability to check in. Please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Please note: Although the welcome center is located in Celebration, vacation homes are located in various communities throughout the area.
