Staybridge Suites PHILADELPHIA-MT. LAUREL by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Easy to find. Good location. Breakfast was okay. Staff was nice. Clean room! Tv in the room has three lights on the screen.

I stayed at Staybridge for two nights just to relax and decompress. While the staff was very friendly and breakfast had a nice variety of options, a few things made it hard to fully enjoy our stay. Our main plan was to enjoy the pool and watch some good movies, but the TV and remote made that nearly impossible. The TV service was through DirecTV, which was extremely frustrating—some channels had no signal, and the guide only showed channel numbers and network names, not what was actually playing. The “info” button didn’t work at all, so we couldn’t even find out what we were watching. The remote was also in poor condition—very slow to respond, and the buttons were so faded that I could barely read them. My eyesight isn’t what it used to be, so this was especially frustrating. On top of that, we had trouble getting the room temperature comfortable. The air conditioner seemed to only have two settings—either too cold or too warm. This was meant to be a quick reset for us, and while we appreciated the friendly staff and breakfast, the poor TV setup and uncomfortable room temperature really took away from the relaxing experience we were hoping for. The place was a bit run down and looked like it could use a bit of freshening up but thats not want was important to me. The fact that we could not enjoy a movie was very frustrating, it was meant as reset mini vacation. I was very disappointed. The rooms are not cheap and I expect everything to be working properly and it was not.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Our room was not cleaned our entire stay. The carpet in the main area of our suite was dirty, sticky stuff on the floor. The bed in the coach was partially broken and not comfortable for my children to sleep in. We couldn’t hook up the tv in the living room to our kids gaming station as the remote didn’t work properly. The stairwell carpet was old and stained and smelled horribly bc of overflowing trash.

I like staff they where so nice The place needs an get up grade on rooms, lamps, cell connections

Hotel is nice and clean. It is old (dishwasher was coming out of the wall) but fairly well maintained. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Service could have been better. Enjoyed my brief stay.

Nice place hallways were very smelly pool kinda small but manageable staff was friendly

Pool and breakfast were great. Other guests made the experience a little noisy and didn't seem to respect the property as much. We also had an issue with a bed being wet, and after changing the sheets it was still wet.

Room was very nice Location great for travelers. Breakfast good. Hotel in good condition except outside stairwells which badly need new rugs

Our room was not very clean. The staff, although friendly, hallowed homeless people to sleep in a corner of the lobby. When guest tried to talk to staff about it they gaslit them saying that did not happen.

Overall stay was good. However bathroom toilets need to be replace with higher to accommodate a better experience. Nice furniture but not supportive , to low and very soft cushions, but satisfactory.

Nice and clean. Well located. Of course because we book throught hôtels.com we have the room the nearest to the road but it was ok at night since we are away from the highway

Overall spacious room, kitchenette amenities were great and cleanly, LOVE all the Dove bottles on walls to limit toiletries. Thermostat was difficult to use, temps drops after a few hours needing to “wake” system up to continue heat. Doors do not shut normally, needs “lifting” to latch… of directions were available ok if not perfect, would have been more helpful.

The hotel and property were clean however, the room needs an update as it appears to be old and dated.

Nice suite that accommodated out party of 6. The lounge area was very nice , which we used to play board games. Breakfast was not good.

Need update on the rundown sofa bed and carpet. Dusty. Torn shower curtain. Breakfast okay
