The hotel was very nice for us. We took my older mom with us and had a two bedroom suite which was great for our travel needs. Very comfortable and convenient area with lots of restaurants nearby.

The pictures don’t do justice. The rooms are much nicer than the pictures showed. They are also huge!! Only one complaint the water pressure at least on the 4th floor not so good.

Stay wasn’t bad, it just didn’t stick out; very underwhelming. Couch was scratched up, they didn’t have linens for the sofa bed and the AC wasn’t the best. We only stayed one night, and got what we paid for

The hotel and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was great! Some areas of hotel were bit dirty, but more due to poor tenants than the hotel staff. It was just hard to keep up with the nesses being made.

The pictures on the website is nothing like it is in person! The carpet is dirty! The mattress on the layout bed was filthy! I would not recommend anyone to stay here!

The elevator and stairway was dirty, seen like someone came through with mud on there feet but it wasn’t clean for the time I was there which it should’ve been cleaned, the breakfast was mid , my room was clean I was able to check in early and the ladies at the front desk were really nice

I really liked our stay here. I just didnt give it a high rating because we didnt interact with any staff besides check in. When checking out a different staff member seemed annoyed that I asked for a printed receipt . But most of all i couldnt give it higher then a three because the pull out bed was stain bad and there was not a sheet on it. It was just the mattress. No extra blanket or pillows either and we were 8 guest, so the property knew we were going to have to use the pull out bed.
I loved that there was a kitchen in the room and that we had three beds and a pull out bed instead of just 2 beds and a pull out bed like previous hotels that my family has stayed at.
Also Master bedroom (the one with the queen bed) didnt have a tv in it so my husband and I slept in a double bed so we could watch tv at night.

Long wait to check in. There is no A/C in the hallways of the hotel. The elevator needs attention.. unclean and takes forever to move 3 floors.

First room was not what I booked, but they swore to it, we had to switch rooms anyway bc the maintenance was drilling and it was loud. Second room was used urine in the toilet, trash and bowls everywhere and bed was used. Also not the room I booked. No problems with the third room it was actually the room I booked. They take a $50 deposit and I booked on the 13th but the statement on my card says 6/26/25 not sure why they need to hold for that long.

The hotel needs to be updated. Our toilet kept running and the tub filled with water while we showered as it was stopped up. It wasn’t dirty but not COMPLETELY clean
