The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. Even though it was near train tracks ot was quiet. Would recommend for people who want to be downtown.

Neat little historic hotel. Pretty rad little drive inn theater style parking lot that plays old school Hannah Barbara cartoons. Very accommodating with food at Rosie’s right next door with free meals or heavy discounts. Would absolutely stay again.

The room is excellent, comfortable, warm and in general all I need at a really decent price. Wifi, tv, fridge, microwave and bed all work as anticipated. Within easy walking distance of the theatre and the two restaurants associated with the hotel. This was my third stay here and I'll be back. Only small issues - No way to shut off the bathroom fan...not a really big deal...and I could have done without the bird poop on the stair hand rails. All in all, my favorite stay in Spolkane, even including relatives free houses.

If you know Spokane, you know what you're getting into with the location of this spot. We liked the price and were fine knowing what the homeless population and train noise would be like.
Was surprised we booked a full bed, but that was honestly on us - just was not the most comfortable thing. Pillows were pretty crappy but it was okay. Bathroom was nice and tv had lots of channels. They have an elevator to get up and down the floors and to the underground parking.
Parking was SUPER full when we came back one night and we almost didn't get a spot....would have been a bit frustrating since we paid for parking (it was the Friday night before Bloomsday).
Front office & staff were super kind and accommodating. We did not use our breakfast vouchers at Rosies as it was Bloomsday weekend and other reviews had mentioned the crazy wait time on just normal days.
Overall was a 4/5 and much better than expected! The reviews I read right before we checked in scared me but we had no issues with bed bugs, uncleanliness, and the trains are honestly not that bad - good background noise to fall asleep to.

Expensive for the room. Very drafty and so little noise insulation you could hear the neighbors pee!!!! The bedding was very stiff and very thin…got super cold during the night even with the heater running.

The front desk lady Shannon , cool lady.
We enjoyed her very much. Helpful staff mostly okay. Rooms. Would probably stay here again despite the little things that are wrong with the place. It is very convenient to the knitting factory for concerts

The hotel room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in forever and there were stains in the carpets (which they tried to blame on my dogs). The bathroom had water leaking out of the wall and the door to the hotel room would not properly close and FLEW open in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The area was surrounded by homeless people and you had to walk half a mile to a postage stamp sized piece of grass to let your dog pee. Then, after charging a pet fee per night, they still charged us over $100 extra for “stained towels” that you know they are going to bleach anyway. The “breakfast” that is included is at a mediocre restaurant DOWN THE STREET that we had to wait almost an hour to get our food from, and coffee is not even included in that. Awful.
