I loved everything about The D. Although when we checked in, our room wasn’t ready and they checked us into a room we did not want. Then had to checkout that room and into the room we had originally reserved. Then we had to check out of that room because one of the beds broke when we sat down on it. So we finally got checked into a room for the remainder of our stay which was 5 more days.

BE CAREFUL! SAYS CHECK IN AT 3PM, but in the smallest print possible says not guaranteed. After a long day of travel had to wait until 6pm to check in, had to argue with staff and manager to get any room and it was disgusting, humid, a/c was loud and not cold. STAY AWAY

The check in staff was friendly and accommodating. I did forget how loud Fremont could get with the live music. This is just something to consider when checking in. My room was on the side of the stage and was quite loud for someone wanting more peace, however it was the perfect view for the Friday night fireworks. The linens were clean and bathroom inside room seemed updated. The shower temp could have been a smidge warmer. Main Property is always clean and fun! Love the sigma derby!! Thanks D

I’m 70 years old and as soon as I walked in to the D hotel, I was hit with LOUD music ! You could barely hold a conversation as the piped music in the casino and check-in area was so effing loud ! Ridiculous ! Even the check-in staff admitted that the music was loud and I had to raise my voice for them to hear me. F—ked. Never again at the D.
