Great location, nice staff, breakfast every morning was very convenient. Elevators were a little slow. Rooms were quiet - no view, but was able to walk so many places, and close to subway. Would definitely book again for NYC.

Great place to stay. Convenient to midtown and Broadway theatres. Relatively quiet - truly soundproofed rooms. You can hear some street noise, but it’s New York City. Could not hear the family with young kids next door unless I was out in the hallway. Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again!

Nice smaller hotel walking distance to broadway and Times Square. Rooms on smaller side squeezing in our 2 kids. But all in all a Great base to explore NYC. Staff were great.

Um hotel bem localizado próximo do metrô e do Bryant Park. Quarto relativamente pequeno, mas em NY infelizmente isso é normal. Um tipo de hotel boutique, relativamente refinado, um ótimo atendimento da recepção, especialmente do funcionário Daniel, sempre muito prestativo e educado. O café da manhã poderia ser bem melhor, pouquíssimas opções a vontade e tínhamos que escolher entre dois tipos de sanduiches, iogurte ou oatmeal, somente uma delas e todos os dias as mesmas coisas, pelo valor da diária poderiam melhorar bastante esse café da manhã. Enfim, só me desagradou esse café da manhã, mas é um bom hotel.

Hotel was great, very clean. The gentleman at the bar at breakfast (wears glasses) was the most helpful and fun guy. He gave some great suggestions of things to do and one of them ended up being my son’s favourite part of the trip. We loved him. I would definitely stay here again

The longer I stayed there, the more I loved it. It's clean, the bed was great and a top notch shower head provided substantial water pressure. If I needed anything, the staff provided it immediately. Whoever cleaned and took care of the place did it with love. I saw a review that the person enjoyed their stay but felt it was a little dated. There's truth in that statement but it's in an era of elegance and quality and comfort.
