Overall, great service! Check in was fast and easy, very professional and friendly people at the front desk. My kid’s loved the indoor swimming pool, highly recommended to friends and family

This priority is being redeveloped. It uses to be a dumpy Cape Cod rte 28 Hotel, but the owners have affiliated with Red Roof (a chain that has done a LOT of rehabilitation to its reputation the past few years) and they are taking it seriously.
The rooms are CLEAN, and nicely appointed. Some of the fixtures are tied but you can see the edits being made by the ownership. The have focused on cleanliness and comfort.
The only drawback is that there are some guests as long terms stays that are "residents".

Despite attempts to update , our room was in much need of fixing up. New rug , old bathroom, water stains on ceiling, tiles with dirty chalking, bathroom door on last legs. No much counter space for toiletries. Bed was extremely hard. Just not what I expected. Supposedly apart of the Red roof corp. not impressed at all.

The shower was lacking. The water was lukewarm at best and the pressure from the shower head was low. Also, the TV was too high tech for me. Need instructions. Other than that, I liked the place.

Rooms were clean but a little worn out. Bathroom definitely needs a little work, was serviceable. The pool area is in the middle of a much needed renovation. The water was very murky and same for the hot tub. People at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again because it was clean. Looking forward to the progress they make on updating the pool area and bathrooms.

The place was kind of dirty it was more than the bathroom walls. The room didn't even have a microwave. There's drug deals going on out in the parking lot not a good place to stay if you have kids

Was fair. Property is not well maintained and renovations were done cheaply. Hallways were freezing. Hot tub was only warm, pool area very poorly heated. Many roof leaks in pool and breakfast area. Staff was very responsive. Hade to change rooms half way because of an internet failure. Just a very low budget seat of the pants operation.

The bathroom ceiling was peeling. The ceiling was stained. The pool was gross and needed to be cleaned. The breakfast room was full of buckets catching leaks from the leaks the hot tubs the water was a totally different color than it should be

Room was mediocre at best but the worst part was how cold it was. The hallways were freezing, and the room had no temp comtrol until you entered. Got in after nightfall so the room was in the 50s. Turned on wall mount unit and the termostat wasnt right so it was either all the way on or off. Beds were hard, not too comfortable.

Employees have a terrible attitude I ask for towels and toilet paper and follows me like let me see where you going, then when I cash out the young like Indian guy with an attitude like he don’t want to be be there I ask for receipts and he was the email to you! That’s it! Terrible customer service

If you are arriving late, be prepared to sleep in the car. My worker was supposed to stay here and arrived at 4 am. After multiple calls and knocking on doors, still nobody showed up at the front desk, so he had to sleep in the truck. I called the office the next morning to request a refund. I was told the manager will call me that or the next day. It’s been a week and no calls.
