This is the place to stay!!! You can park your boat right on the beach in front of your room. Chill on the beach and have a night swim. Staff are great and your minutes from cute restaurants on the water.

It was super good me and my family was here for one night we all did love the pool and the Bech!!!
The only problem was we came 12 a clock but they did not gig us the room until 18, plus we did not get a late check out.

The best part about the property is location right on the beach of Lake Havasu and the pool. Easy access to water sports is also a plus. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. It would be great if the property would invest in some much needed state of good repair and upgrades to modernize the rooms and ensure everything is in excellent working order because the location can’t be beat!

The lakefront setting is absolutely stunning, but the front desk staff completely ruined our experience. After driving five hours, we arrived early and were met with unhelpful and rude service. The check-in process was disorganized, understaffed, and frustrating, with long waits and miscommunication. Staff were unprofessional, unhappy and clearly untrained—one even threatened to cancel our reservation during a moment of understandable frustration. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time, and earlier staff had failed to provide necessary pre-check in. Lack of hospitality, poor management , poor organization. This place desperately needs better staff training and more support in both the front desk and housekeeping.

Property's location is excellent.
That's about it!,
The rooms and furniture are outdated. Air conditioners are old and noisy, showerjeads are stationary and uncomfortable to use. The worst is that they do not clean the rooms, unless you request a day before. A fact that their reception person does not inform the guests at check-in.
Needless to say I eas very upset when I found out.
I spoke to the receptionist and she promised to srnd housekeeping to clean the room, but failed to follow thru.
This facility isn't worth the money!!!

We booked 2 rms for our family in the cove in building A for a 3 night stay towards the end of May. Our rooms were a little dated but very clean & the beds were comfortable,the staff were all very accommodating.We spent alot of time swimming in the beautiful infinity pool,my grandkids also found a nice little private beach area left of our building that they really enjoyed.I did find out the best time to go swimming in the pool was between 7am & 9am,we had the pool to ourselves,it was around noon when the pool started getting more crowded & in the evening it’s very crowded. The resort is a nice place for a family vaca,especially during weekdays.I noticed during the weekends there are more college age crowds & they tend to get a bit loud,but it wasn’t to bad. My family saw a nice stretch of a beach across the lake from the Nautical Resort & wanted to check it out, it’s a beautiful free beach located in Rotary Park. We spent the whole day there enjoying the beach & the park,we also checked out the English Village under the London Bridge,they had a lot of great shops & dining there. If ya go there be sure to stop in at the visitors center & see how the bridge was brought & built in Havasu it’s all very interesting. My family travelled from Utah for a nice family vaca & we’re all very glad that we chose the Nautical it was a great relaxing getaway. The resort itself was very easy going & relaxing,check in & check out was a breeze. We would highly recommend others to stay there.
