Just a one night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit of a challenge in a full size truck. Location was ideal.

Beautifully maintained property. Office staff was awesome as well! We didnt realize the time as far as the breakfast hours. The pancake machine was out and we asked the desk if there was any more mixture. They filled it for us only for breakfast to literally end in about 2 minutes. They could have just told us breakfast was over but they did not. Thanku again to the gentleman who went out of his way to do this. You prioritized us as guests and we appreciate it so much! We will absolutely be back! Great guest service all around!

First arrived the front desk clerk was so nonchalant and not welcoming at all. The room I was given wasn’t cleaned, bathtubs was clogged, shower curtain was filthy, toilet had bowel around the rim. Contacted the front desk and got another room. Through out the night it sounded like the police was kicking down the doors around each room. All the way up until 5am. No peace at all!!! I contacted the front desk clerk Domonique was more genuine than the man from earlier she attempted to help but they didn’t listen and noise just continued. To have such high reviews I was really disappointed to celebrate my birthday here. Y’all have got to do better!!!!!!!

Parking is very limited on site. Be prepared to use the overflow lot across the street. Otherwise, the property is very nice. Clean rooms, convenient location to walk the shops and restaurants nearby.

It was delightful to be right at the beach and this hotel was a very comfortable and easy stay. The front desk was helpful. Parking was easy (some under the hotel, some in a public lot) for a low fee. Breakfast would have been better if fruit has lasted past the first hour. Lots of restaurants in area. There is some noise from next door restaurants but it ends early (9 PM or so)

The front desk was less than thrilled to check us in. Then said the cleaning staff were running behind. So not only is it a late check-in (4pm) we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The second guy that came to help with check in was a lot friendlier.
You have to pay to park, but we had already paid for parking for the day elsewhere due to having such a late check in.
We were given an adjoining room to a couple with young children. I have 5 kids of my own, but on a vacation I did not bring them along to, I’d rather not be joined to a room with crying children when I’m trying to sleep.
