I like how convenient the hotel to shopping center, restaurants and to almost everything.
I only had a problem with my room coz they did not tell me that the notification button is not working. So everytime I asked for cleaning service no one came until my 4th day stay.

This was the most prime property to stay since I saw the book of mormon at the eugene oneill theatre right next door!
The hotel was nice and pretty quiet, my bathroom had some hair from another guest that had shaved over the sink but other than that I would recommend the hotel!

The wifi is pretty much non existence. They only let one device to be connected and it barely has signal so it’s useless. The property is old and worn out. They should revamp the hotel. The furniture in the room are worn out, the shower floor doesn’t feel clean. Only good thing about the hotel is the location.

The location of the hotel is great if you wanna be close to a lot of things. We walked everywhere. The service and people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially the doorman. The rooms are a bit dated and dark. There was daily room service, but not sure how clean things were.

Relatively quiet hotel easily accessible to Broadway shows. The room was clean, well-lit, with plenty of mirrors. Elevators did get busy in the morning with people either checking out or getting breakfast. We had a standard room and it was tiny. I would stay here again but get one of their larger rooms.

Overnight stay. The climate control was broken but we got back so late we decided to not bother with hotel maintenance. The room was uncomfortably warm that night. Besides that the room is very cramped. The restaurant on the bottom floor is not great. Just did not enjoy this place. Location was good for broadway.
