The location is wonderful, and the hotel is in great shape. BUT, Mary, a front desk staff member, is the star who had made our day.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool und der Service dort waren hervorragend. Das Personal am Empfang hätte mehr zuvorkommend sein können. Unser Zimmer wurde ohne Grund nicht gesäubert. Wir wiesen am Empfang daraufhin hin. Nach Stunden ist in unserem Zimmer immer noch nichts passiert gewesen. Als wir dann nochmals zum Empfang gingen, wurde sich damit schwer getan den Fehler einzugestehen. Lage ist etwas abgelegen, keine Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe. Restaurants im Hotel leider sehr schlecht bewertet, 1 von 2 waren geschlossen. Gym war ebenfalls ohne Vorwarnung geschlossen. 1 Pool von 2 waren geschlossen, ebenfalls ohne darauf hinzuweisen. In allem ist die Anlage und der Blick sehr schön, wir würden es schon nochmal besuchen.

Please don’t stay here unless you want to check in at 4pm and be told your room is not ready that you have to wait, we finally got our room as we were walking in hallway we could hear dogs barking on and off all the time some time as early as 5 am, our tub was clogged and over all not a good experience the room service food is ok. We wanted some tranquility away from strip nop we got barking dogs and baby cryings all night :(

I cam in 1 hour early to check in, they told me I would receive a text message once my room was ready, 4 pm came and no one eached out so I had to form in a long line once again. Once ispoke to some one they apologies said they tried calling me however I never received a phone call. Once I got to my room with lake view, my window view was just trees I couldn't see any lake O was told it was due to the hotel being fully booked that was the best room they had for me. The outside window was very dirty. I honestly wouldn't come and satay here again

Room wasn’t cleaned well at all. Bathroom and shower were dirty and had hair in the sink , counter , and shower. Fridge was warm and didn’t keep anything cold. Glasses and coffee maker were disgusting and very dirty. Bed had someone else’s hair in it and the room overall was just gross.

O hotel aceita pets e bloqueou nossa entrada no quarto enquanto jantávamos (antes das 10pm, claro) porque um hospede reclamou do barulho do cachorro. Já que não podemos levar o cachorro no restaurante (o que está correto) não tem o menor cabimento bloquearem como policiais a entrada do hospede no quarto num hotel que aceita cachorro. Além disso, camas pequenas e chuveiro incompativel com o nível do hotel.

The customer service and hotel management (male, I think his name is Damian, he's new) was incredible. The hotel definitely needs a face lift and TLC. I feel like this new manager genuinely cares but he can't do it alone.
The pool is pretty run down- the servers are beyond friendly!
Overall, we had a nice stay but would stay across the street until they upgrade the property.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The ground were beautiful with the lake view and the lobby was impressive as well. I also like the different options we had for eateries.
I was disappointed that the beach was closed with all of its amenities and the hot tub to. They were doing many renovations in the pool areas. The rooms need updating.

I would have booked somewhere else if I had known the that one of the pools was closed and that both hot tubs were closed. The entire resort looks like it is due for a remodel and needs major maintenance. Overall my experience was very poor.
