TJ Border Suites by Hosted by Me

Axel was extremely helpful during the check-in process. Having a kitchen and a refrigerator in the suite was a big plus as we were able to cook most meals without depending on restaurants or food delivery apps. Our only complaint was the very limited amount of kitchenware available (thus the 4 star rating).

Tiene lo indispensable solo que no tiene estacionamiento y muy mal, llamamos para preguntar y dijeron que cobraban y aceptamos pero cuando llegamos no tenían disponibilidad, luego no había control del TV, ni shampoo ni jabones tenían, y el baño no funcionaba (inodoro)

Al llegar no hay nadie quien te reciba, el lugar por seguridad se accede por código el cual jamás me proporcionaron, intentas llamar al número que hay en la entrada y nunca contestan de no ser por la chica de limpieza que nos miro pudimos entrar al lugar no hay nada informativo dentro del lugar ni como conectarse al WiFi, alguien con quién dirigirse por si hay algún inconveniente con la habitación o para hacer el check in, está bien que sea algo más autónomo pero se agradecería un poco más de información

The stove did not work they were supposed to fix it never came we had no toilet paper room wasn’t ready until 6pm and place was still dirty only on cooking spoon a spatula and no lid for the blender reached out and until now no response took me so long just to check in since I didn’t receive a code life entrance and room a lot of ppl were going through the same problem owner wouldn’t answer and they had a hard time honestly the place is ok but I don’t recommend it if you don’t want to stress it’s very stressful also there is no ac be prep for it to be hot

Terrible todo, el alojamiento apestaba a caño, las sábanas y toallas sucias y amarillas de manchas como si solo las vuelven a doblar cuando dejan la habitación. Todo en mal estado, ni siquiera había lo básico como jabón para manos. Todo terrible no se hospeden nunca aquí.

El lugar tiene muy buena ubicacion, pero la persona encargada responde a las quinientas me paso mal las claves de acceso, las cuentas de wifi no eran se las volvi a pedir y nada, nos quedamos sin agua y nunca hicieron nada, una lastima por esos aspectos.

El olor a caño estaba fuertísimo como Q todos los desagües estaban sacando todo El mal olor eso fue desagradable, y no hay jabón separado para regadera y lavabo , un bote (con de buena marca) solo relleno con otro producto. X, una de las camas tenía un cabello al levantar la sabana y detalles de pintura en las paredes (oyes, desacaraoelado) falta darle mantenimiento

La propiedad estaba sucia, las camas des-tendidas, las toallas usadas, había basura en las recamaras, pareciera que la habitación fue usada previa a nuestra llegada y no tuvo la limpieza requerida. Por otro lado a la hora de bañarnos se nos acabó el agua.

Cumple con solo para dormir, muy cerca de la frontera y centro de Tijuana

En lo personal esa habitación no la recomiendo, le falta mucho mantenimiento, la ducha y el lavamanos esta expuesta adentro de la recamara (no existe privacidad al bañarte no hay pared que separe) y eso hace tmb que salgan muchos olores a drenaje y resulta incomodo ya que si estas acostado estas oliendo el drenaje… Hace falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza profunda, por lo menos en esa habitación…

Mal administración, asignaron la habitación a 2 personas a la vez.

Do NOT book this place!!! I booked it with my girlfriends... and our arrival was 2am, which we communicated to the host.. he or she gave us codes to the doors.. we get there, the code is wrong.. i text the host, call and call and no answer...in fact, they declined one of the calls. Some creepy guy comes up to ask asking how much the hotel charges... then he stayed at corner nearby..super sketch.. after almost an hour of being outside at 2am!!! We finally left. The host finally replied with correct code... no apology... didn’t acknowledge the fact that 4 girls had to be outside in a sketchy street in the middle of night.. getting a refund was a nightmare bc its non refundable...even though they were at fault. Smh .. i would be willing tonlose my money if expedia would ban them... this is completely unacceptable... i go to TJ often and never experienced such a horrible host

Solo hixieron q dia la limpieza no entendi si era sin ese servicio

El lugar ya esta muy maltratado y el refri no funciona, hablando con la encargada menciona que lo revisarannpero leyendo otros comentarios parece que lleva tienpo asi. Falta mas limpieza ya que las camas se ven que no se lavaron o si asi fue pues no tienen tanto.cuidado.al ternderlas. La ubicación es inmejorable si quieres estar cruzando a usa.

Muy bien ubicado y en general buen sitio para alojarse.

Very Dirty and Smells Bad the Beds Non Comunicate with the Customer's To Access the Building

1) Getting back to this place is a cluster of confusion. It’s right at the border so google made us go thru the lanes going back to San Diego. We got lost and went in circles trying to get back, and several times having to drive tall the way to ask the Federales if we could make a U turn back into TJ. 2) I experienced bad communication with the host, needed clean towels and it took 2 days for them to reply back and get me towels. 3) sent pictures of damages to host and got no acknowledgment back from them. There was some sort of grease squirted on the ceiling, walls were dirty window being held shut with a piece of string.
