Great room*, comfortable beds, clean, quiet - good shower/bathroom set up, and big TV. Would come back to that room again. *They have nice room pics and not so nice room pics. I specifically asked for a room that would match the 'nice room' pics on expedia. So was moved to a different room. Because of this, the new room had not been warmed up, so was freezing upon entry. Minor inconvenience. Honestly, a hotel/motel should not SHOW nice rooms online to get you to book and then bait and switch customers. Update all your rooms.

Lamp shade had holes in it. Shear curtains severely ripped, electrical plug unsafe, maid service only every 3 days, only 1 hanger available for 2 guests in the room, not enough eggs at breakfast. Only 5 eggs were served even though a trip to Costco the night before. VERY difficult to open front door. Front Desk Clerk had to open it. Wrote 3 page letter to Corporate with photos.

Definitely didn’t feel safe around the property. Lots of drugs going on around town and when I walked out to let my dog go outside to use the bathroom a guy was going back and forth talking to 2 trees definitely was a site to see. I’m from a small town and don’t see this kind of stuff.

Night staff was great, morning staff was eh. Housekeeping was extremely rude. I had a noon checkout, but Housekeeping was POUNDING on my door at 10am wanting to clean my room. The bathroom light didn’t work and the bathroom was pitch black. Showering was fun… they’re lucky I didn’t slip and break a hip in the dark. I told the front desk TWICE that the light was out, they said they’d send maintenance at 8am. Maintenance never came, hence the showering in the dark. No apologies, no give a care, nothing from the desk staff. I requested a call from the manager, it never came. Will never stay here again.

Very limited food options (waffles & cereal). Expected daily room service (as advertised) but it didn’t happen! I had to go to the front office to request new towels and toilet paper. I’ve never experienced this type of service at any hotel before.

This hotel is a great option if you are in Aberdeen. I didn't have much of a problem with the hotel itself but the city just feels unsafe. I didn't stay but one night, and if I was ever back in that area I would stay here again.

Everything was fine but your breakfast was awful and showed a complete lack of concern for your customers that are paying over $100 a night. The food was old fashioned and not healthy. Just really bad. The presentation was horrible. It looked like you didn’t want to do it but somebody made you. Everybody felt that way the morning I was there and I’m sure it is the same feeling every day.

The staff in the office was very helpful. They gave me ice when I discovered the ice machine didn’t work. Like many older hotels, there is no elevator to get to the second floor. They need to pressure wash the steps and walkways and move the cigarette stations from the upstairs walkway as the stench permeates the entire area.

This motel appears to have no sound insulation. The noises from both side rooms plus upstairs and outside were all heard clearly. The noises started around 10PM and continued into the very early hours of the morning. The shouting noise in the parking area went unchecked and caused us to cancel our second night. We don't know if staff was unaware or just ignored it.
