Wonderful stay. The staff and valet were kind and attentive. Everyone was professional and ready to serve you. Our suite was clean and well stocked with waters, towels and robes. This will be our forever Tulsa stay.

We booked a Terrazzo Suite with a view and received a Deco Suite with a brick wall view. There was an electrical issue and had three people in and out of the room 4 times at 10:30PM. The hotel did not notify us that the parking garage elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry everything down five floors - we would have used valet had we known, and we already paid for three days of parking. The parking garage would not honor the three days of parking we paid for and tried to charge us again to get out of the garage on the third day. We had to go back in to the hotel, have them call the garage, argue again with the garage help service at the kiosk before they finally let us out.

The parking garage elevators don’t work. That means you have to carry bags down stairwells to hotel or valet. We paid for garage parking before finding out elevators don’t work. The hotel did end up comping the valet cost so we used the valet. No vending machines or ice. Kevin in valet was wonderful! Food in restaurant good.

I meant to write this the day we checked out and not let time lapse. But, because I didn't, I have completely forgotten the front desk clerk's name. But I will never forget her absolutely phenomenal work ethic and friendliness.
Can't say enough good things about our stay. The bed was super plush. Best sleep we've gotten in a hotel for a while.
We managed to be there when there was a wedding. I was a little worried about noise and commotion, but our room was virtually sound proof--despite comings and goings of the wedding party on our floor....and the dance floor a few stories up.
Will definitely return next time we're in the Tulsa area. We felt safe and well looked after.

The hotel and staff were amazing - Room was a little "tight", but it had everything needed. Mt flight got cancelled the day I was supposed to check out, but they were able to extend my stay in the same room. So thankful! The hardest part of the stay was finding parking. It is free on the street after 4pm Mon-Friday and you can only pay for 2 hours at a time, starting at 8am. You need to make sure that you extend the parking on the app AFTER it expires. You cannot extend early.
