Very clean, beds are very comfortable. Great communication. 2nd time we have stayedhere in the past 2 .onths, will be back soon.

Excellent location, very self-sufficient system, clean and roomy, family loved it.

Property was very clean. Size of rental was great! Both pools and lazy river was very nice. Property is very conveniently located, close to everything!

This place was a great size for our family and in a great location. However, it's old, outdated and needs some TLC. The furniture is very well used and is no longer comfortable to sit on. The washer/dryer is so loud that it was a bit scary. They don't include any basics in the kitchen (no salt/pepper or coffee filters). We wouldn't choose this place again.

Our stay was great. Whispering Pines is located very convenient to a lot of attractions.

Likes- right off parkway, near shopping, eating, entertainment options. Nice size of condo with spacious outdoor patio. Dislike- may sound weird but the unit had a musty or mildewy smell.

My only complaint -Beds were not comfortable or sturdy. The place was clean. The kitchen was stocked. There is no Kurig , rather an older coffee pot, so we had to buy filters and a big bag of coffee for our two person two night stay. It was minimally decorated but was clean. It was in a good location, quiet from others, roomy, had the basics.

The apartment it’s self was mostly clean, but I don’t think the sheet were changed from the last guest we found a kids Band-aide in second guest bed and Pringle's potato chips in the pull out bed.

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in!! Clean, convenient and overall very nice!!!

It was quiet and clean. The pool was good and the small lazy river was a nice touch. The property was as described and we enjoyed staying there. The only thing was the property was somewhat dated but other than that it was great!

Everything was Great, very spacious living room, updated kitchen, TVs in the living room and both king-sized bedrooms. Very clean upon arrival. Mountain view from the balcony.

Everything was Great, spacious, very clean, comfortable, Great location off the main strip, but very close to attractions, restaurants, felt safe and secure. Good view from the balcony. Communication with staff thru text and phone was very friendly, professional and informative. I'm looking forward to returning in the future. It felt like home away from home.

The property is gorgeous and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and amenities. I plan to stay there again and I highly recommend it.

The place was better than advertised. Incredibly roomy and the furniture so comfortable! The location is also ideal. Close to everything and for those going to Dollywood only an 8 min drive.

Our first stay but definitely not our last!! Everything about this place is great especially the fact everything was very clean and well maintained!! This place is not like staying in a hotel it’s like being home!! Everything from booking to checking out was very easy and well organized!!

The bedding smelled. I'm glad I brought some from home. The lazy river and indoor pool were closed.

We were sent a message about 1 month before our trip that the pool and fitness room would be closed. Since this is a must for where we stay we wanted a refund so we could stay somewhere else. We were denied a refund. While we were there the maintenence was completed 4 days before they said it was to be finished. The woman at the office said she was not going to open it. She was not friendly but mean spirited the whole week. The day before we left she opened the outdoor pool to a family, this was April 28th. We also requested a coffee pot upon arrival, the request was left unanswered. We decided that Riverstone Resort would be a better option for us in the future.
