Ia mesti menjadi perhentian yang sempurna jika anda perlu pergi lebih awal ke lapangan terbang noi bai atau anda mempunyai pendaratan lewat. Bilik bagus dan luas, wifi adalah super di seluruh hotel. Perkara terbaik di sini ialah suasana pemanasan. Mereka, kakitangan dan mr. Henry (pemilik), sentiasa tersenyum dan bersedia untuk membantu dengan maklumat perjalanan atau tempat-tempat yang baik untuk melawat hanoi dan vietnam. Terima kasih kerana membantu saya merancang perjalanan hebat saya di vietnam. Mesti tinggal sini lagi !! Sangat mengesyorkan !!!

To be honest, I was very pleasantly surprised. Mr Henry was very attentive from the moment I booked. He confirmed my reservation and kept in contact to ensure everything was smooth sailing. He offers one way transportation for free which was nice, although being so close to the airport a Grab wouldn’t have been much anyway. He had his driver pick us up within minutes of informing him we were ready. I read several reviews that mentioned the hotel was difficult to find, so being picked up worked great because we didn’t have to worry about that. Mr Henry and his driver were very attentive and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room we stayed in was very nice. It looked like it’s been recently renovated, it was clean, the ac worked great, the bathroom was very nice. Only thing I would suggest is add a couple more towels and a bath rug, because there’s a little splashing from the shower. The room was cozy but overall it was perfect. We only stayed one night to catch an intl flight the following morning. Would absolutely stay there again.

I stayed at this location before flying out of Hanoi. The room was clean, the AC was cold, and the staff was very friendly. The next time I am there, I’ll be back!

So, we booked this hotel for a stopover, however, without being advised of such and not realising until the following morning (we arrived very late) we had actually been taken to a different hotel so this is the one I’m reviewing! We had arranged a taxi to collect us to take us to our next destination and it was while waiting I suddenly realised that it was in fact not where we were supposed to be! Spoke to the guy at the hotel who explained that we couldn’t stay at the hotel we had booked so were taken there, he was very helpful though in that he contacted our driver to get him to collect us, albeit an exchange on the freeway!

I made a reservation of this hotel but the entrance doors were closed and nobody was seen at the reception. The neighbourhood residents helped me and found out that the owner has changed. I was told that the owner would come to see me in ten minutes but he/she didn't appear. I gave up and found another hotel nearby and paid for an overnight stay. The hotel was neither convenient nor friendly. Why did they accept my reservation first of all??

I had a super early flight so decided to stay close to the airport on my final day - this place was great for that purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful. He set everything up for my 5 am car pick up to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. There was a lot of noise coming from outside so if you are light sleeper like me, you may have some issues with sleeping - music, cars, chickens, etc. It's a good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport but wouldn't recommend it as your main stay during your trip - not a lot going on in the surrounding area.

You refused to allow me to check in. Even though I showed you my booking confirmation and they agreed in was the right hotel. Whoever I dealt with last night couldn’t speak any English besides telling saying “no booking, no booking” while waving his finger in my face. I believe your hotel is a scam. Instead of trying to help me, you had a group of your friends in the lobby, laughing at me because I was struggling to communicate even through translator. I would not recommend your hotel to anybody. I filed a claim against you to Expedia and to my credit card company. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!! I was rufused check in even after showing him my booking confirmation and using a translator app. DO NOT STAY HERE! You might show up and they wouldn’t check you in or help you.. they’ll just scream at you “no booking no booking!!”

ホテルよりも民宿みたいな感じ。受付でオーナーの子どもがゲームをしていて、２Fにオーナー家族が住んでいて、３Fで泊まる感じ。 サイトの日本語変換機能がよくないのか？空港ホテル間の送迎が無料だと思ったら、迎えは有料、送りは無料だった。 海外に慣れていないから文化の違いかもしれないが、ホテルの周辺も、高校生の息子を連れて歩くには心配な感じの治安だった。 It looks more like a guest house than a hotel. It's like the owner's children are playing games at the reception, the owner's family lives on the 2nd floor, and you stay on the 3rd floor. Is the Japanese conversion function on the site not good? I thought the transfer between airport and hotel was free, but the pick-up was charged and the drop-off was free. I am not used to being abroad, so it may be cultural differences, but the area around the hotel was also a bit unsafe, which is worrisome for walking around with my high school student son.

The room was spacious. The location was not easy to find. Took two taxi drivers but still ended up with the wrong hotel.

Notre taxi ne trouvait pas l’adresse, du coup il nous a envoyer dans un autre hôtel a côté de l’endroit où nous nous trouvions , sauf que l’hôtel en question était carrément deux ou trois niveaux en dessous sans le petit déjeuner prévu etc…

I made a reservation of this hotel but the entrance doors were closed and nobody was seen at the reception. The neighbourhood residents helped me and found out that the owner has changed. I was told that the owner would come to see me in ten minutes but he/she didn't appear. I gave up and found another hotel nearby and paid for an overnight stay. The hotel was neither convenient nor friendly. Why did they accept my reservation first of all??

I had a super early flight so decided to stay close to the airport on my final day - this place was great for that purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful. He set everything up for my 5 am car pick up to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. There was a lot of noise coming from outside so if you are light sleeper like me, you may have some issues with sleeping - music, cars, chickens, etc. It's a good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport but wouldn't recommend it as your main stay during your trip - not a lot going on in the surrounding area.

You refused to allow me to check in. Even though I showed you my booking confirmation and they agreed in was the right hotel. Whoever I dealt with last night couldn’t speak any English besides telling saying “no booking, no booking” while waving his finger in my face. I believe your hotel is a scam. Instead of trying to help me, you had a group of your friends in the lobby, laughing at me because I was struggling to communicate even through translator. I would not recommend your hotel to anybody. I filed a claim against you to Expedia and to my credit card company. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM!! I was rufused check in even after showing him my booking confirmation and using a translator app. DO NOT STAY HERE! You might show up and they wouldn’t check you in or help you.. they’ll just scream at you “no booking no booking!!”

I arranged an airport pick up with the hotel, which they confirmed but they did not show up. Called the hotel and needed a helpful local at the airport to translate. Hotel said "get a taxi". Wasted 90 minutes

ホテルよりも民宿みたいな感じ。受付でオーナーの子どもがゲームをしていて、２Fにオーナー家族が住んでいて、３Fで泊まる感じ。 サイトの日本語変換機能がよくないのか？空港ホテル間の送迎が無料だと思ったら、迎えは有料、送りは無料だった。 海外に慣れていないから文化の違いかもしれないが、ホテルの周辺も、高校生の息子を連れて歩くには心配な感じの治安だった。 It looks more like a guest house than a hotel. It's like the owner's children are playing games at the reception, the owner's family lives on the 2nd floor, and you stay on the 3rd floor. Is the Japanese conversion function on the site not good? I thought the transfer between airport and hotel was free, but the pick-up was charged and the drop-off was free. I am not used to being abroad, so it may be cultural differences, but the area around the hotel was also a bit unsafe, which is worrisome for walking around with my high school student son.
