Trafik Ho Chi Minh City adalah liar, tetapi melangkah ke hotel ini dan anda berada dalam dunia ketenangan dan kelas. Lobi sangat direka dan dihiasi dengan baik, bilik kami boleh dikatakan paling bersih yang pernah saya tinggalkan. Bufet sarapan pagi mempunyai sesuatu untuk semua orang. Orang asing nampaknya lebih suka pilihan Vietnam sedangkan penduduk tempatan sepertinya mencicipi makanan barat. Kakitangan tidak berada di wajah anda tetapi sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu dengan senyuman. Akhirnya, lokasi hotel sangat sesuai untuk bersiar-siar.

GREAT HOTEL
We are travelling all over SE Asia & this hotel has been one of our favourites.
Very convenient location for exploring Ho Chi Minh city. Stayed here 5 nights, August 2025.
Lovely looking hotel, efficient/friendly staff & great variety of food/different each day for breakfast (and a delicious free dinner). I also loved the free cocktails and potato wedges every night (not expected). Pool at top was good; had loungers/towels. Great views!
Comfortable beds, free waters/toiletries/teas etc, fridge, & a clean room.
This is the only hotel that has actually shown a real effort to cut down on waste to help the environment (e.g no plastic bottles but instead used clean/refilled safe water in glass bottles).
Near bars/shops/restaurants & we used cars or walked to all the places of interest. Felt safe area.
We each had a free 30 min feet/legs massage too: good but a bit more physical than have had in UK!
Finally, I would especially like to thank a member of staff: Linh Pham. His English was good and he sorted any problem I had immediately. He’s the friendliest & most efficient person I have met on our trip. Every time I was waiting for a taxi, he would bring me over a cup of tea whilst I waited.

This is a true 4 star western hotel! The service and amenities upon arrival and throughout the trip were amazing. They made us feel truly special. The location is ideal for exploring district 1 and pretty close to district 3. Absolutely would stay again. The rooftop pool, bar, hot tub, and spa were a cherry on top!

Hotel is very nicely decorated. The beds are super comfy and its very conveniently located. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Recieved free foot massages as well as vouchers to use at pool bar which is something thats super great as most hotels dont offer this.Even recieved a welcome gift which was so thoughtful. Thanks to the lobby guys for helping with bags. The spa ladies are awesome as well.

Dangerous location if you arrive late at night from the airport. Group of men standing near hotel across the street at 3 am when we arrived. After Grab car drove away one of them came towards us but turned around when hotel attendant came to help with our luggage. Beds are hard. Shower has almost no water pressure and took a long time to even get slightly warm. Sign in bathroom hanging says in English Do Not Flush Toilet Paper Down Toilet. (It could plug drain). About 2 hours into our sleep after arriving we get a phone call waking us up about 5 am asking if we are ready. Sounded like hotel front desk but they called the wrong room, caller even repeated our room number then hung up when they realized they called the wrong number. The “bottled water” in the room are the reusable glass bottles with a rubber cork. Looks like the bottle has been reused about a 1000 times from the wear on the cork. No wonder the hotel attendant said it was unlimited free bottled water when we checked in. Room has wear and looks old. Much better options in other parts of town. Hotel tried to make things better when we were checking out early from our multi night booking there but it was too late by that point. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe at this hotel and were on our way to a more expensive safer hotel.

Hotel is clean, beds are great,room is clean and spacious. The shower curtains should be changed to doors so that the bathroom does not get messed with water. Reception staff great. However the lady staff at bar during breakfast was very u helpful. Also some staff have an attitude which was dissapointing considering the hotel is such a nice hotel.

サービスや特典を含め申し分ありませんでした、一つだけ残念だったのはテレビのシグナルが弱いせいなのか旧式の為なのかリモコンの反応が良くなく、画像も時折途切れるような現象が度々見られましたが、その点を除けば評価満点で次回のホーチミン出張にも宿泊したいと思います。

The hotel is perfectly situated only 10 min walks from Walking street, parks and the war meseum. The extras that the hoyel gives you, free drinks, massages and platters makes the rate very attractive. Staff are amazing and breakfast superb. Its tough to find a negative but maybe view from the top floors a little disappointing. But overall, i would stay here again.

全体的に大変満足できる滞在になりました。
サービスや特典を含め申し分ありませんでした、一つだけ残念だったのはテレビのシグナルが弱いせいなのか旧式の為なのかリモコンの反応が良くなく、画像も時折途切れるような現象が度々見られましたが、その点を除けば評価満点で次回のホーチミン出張にも宿泊したいと思います。

The hotel is perfectly situated only 10 min walks from Walking street, parks and the war meseum. The extras that the hoyel gives you, free drinks, massages and platters makes the rate very attractive. Staff are amazing and breakfast superb. Its tough to find a negative but maybe view from the top floors a little disappointing. But overall, i would stay here again.

Good location. Wonderful staff. Breakfast buffet had everything you need. Rooftop area was lovely to relax in. Value for money was excellent considering the vouchers given at check-in (complimentary 30 minute foot t, cocktail each night, among others). Highly recommend
