Hotel ini baru, kolam renang indah dan indah, hiasannya sempurna, perabotnya juga sangat baru, hotel ini mempunyai buah percuma, air dan kopi. Hotel ini menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik lapangan terbang (bayaran tambahan) & bas ulang-alik percuma ke pantai An Bang, dengan kelab percuma & perkhidmatan tempat duduk untuk tetamu. Hotel ini juga menawarkan basikal percuma. Kakitangan sangat bersemangat, juga membimbing saya peta yang munasabah untuk digantung. Saya bercuti hebat. Akan kembali ke hotel pada hari cuti yang akan datang.

A "little luxury" is the perfect description - a beautiful and charning hotel. Room design and decor really suited our taste. All staff friendly, helpful and attentive - a special thabks to Nancy and Frank - I didn't catch any other names, but the whole team were superb. Book here if you visit Hoi An, you won't be disappointed!

Very comfortable rooms, and the hotel was very close to old quarter. Breakfast and staff were top level. Free bikes was a lovely touch to help get around and explore. Great value.

Only stayed one night but staff was extremely kind and helpful. Room was spacious with a great bathroom and amenities. AC worked well and gym was adequate if dated. Balcony view was over pool but not a particularly beautiful view, however the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk into town with coffee and convenience store close by. Great stay and would stay again

ホテルはとても清潔でおしゃれな雰囲気です。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、メニューも毎日変わるので4日間食べても飽きませんでした。場所は旧市街からやや外れているので静かで良いです。ホテルのランドリサービスがやや高かったですが、すぐ近くのランドリサービス（Mrs Anh）というところで、1kg=30,000VND程度と安価できれいにたたんで選択してもらえるので良いです。ホテルすぐ裏にArt Spa 2というきれいで安いSPAもありおすすめです。

Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Min, the Guest Relations Officer, stood out with her warm smile and attentiveness—she ensured everything was tailored to our preferences and gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do and see around Hoi An, which really enhanced our experience. She also prepared a delightful surprise for my friend’s birthday, decorating the bed with flowers and “A Happy Birthday”and a small cake. The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and has all the amenities we needed. The décor is charming, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent service and a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Allegro Hotel! The rooms were beautiful and immaculate. The front desk staff was warm, hospitable and helpful. The pool and garden area were dreamy! If you are looking for a lovely, convenient, comfortable and fun hotel in Hoi An, look no further! The Allegro is an excellent hotel.
