My wife and me,with our three boys, booked and spend time in two rooms over two days when we arrived to Vietnam. The staff was very welcoming right away. Nancy in the hotel gave us good instruction and booked restaurants for us in the evenings and the management also helped us with a full day trip in Hanoi.We can strongly recommend the hotel. It was marvelous.

Had the Marvellous Suite with Patio on top, bright and airy room and big deck gives you some interesting views of Ancient HaNoi city area in day or by night. The best part of stay is an attentive staff, always there to help with everything from area restaurants, booking tours & sightseeing help, finding the little things you crave nearby and always manning the glass dors to open or assist with your bags. The breakfast area was great. Lots of various daily buffet selections along with breakfast staples to start the day. (Pho bowls, Eggs & meats, Omelettes to order , along with pancakes or french toast.) Will definitely recommend and come back again!

Everything was good except for the shower, which had an issue where the water temperature constantly elevated and lowered a couple of degrees--it never got too hot or too cold, but it was somewhat annoying.

My stay was fine overall, and the staff—young guys—were friendly and helpful. That said, it’s a pretty standard apartment hotel, so I wasn’t quite sure why it’s rated so highly. As I was leaving, I was asked to write a review at the reception, which might explain it.

どのスタッフの方も対応がとにかく素晴らしく、大変感動した。 どこに出かけるにも大変便利な立地。 道路に面した部屋だったため夜中を過ぎても外からの騒音が気になった。 部屋は少し古いが天井が高く開放的で良かった。 シャワールームはしっかり広さがあり使いやすかった。

We stayed 3 nights and would go back for sure. The staff is the best, so friendly, helpful and personable. We already miss Lan, William, and Daniel. The included breakfast is a small buffet with other items to order like eggs, pho, pancakes, etc. You are right in the middle of the old quarter and can walk everywhere. The famous train street is minutes from the hotel. The rooms are nice, good shower and the beds are comfy. This is a great little boutique hotel.

If you want to stay in a great little boutique hotel in downtown Hanoi, this will be the place for you. You will experience the active culture, Traffic, food and shops of downtown Hanoi. The marvellous is an excellent property. The only aspect we thought could’ve been better was what they offer for breakfast. They do offer both Vietnamese and western options, but they are relatively limited. If you were looking for a buffet style spread, you will not get that at the marvelous. Other than that, we would highly recommend this property.

従業員の方々は皆親切でホスピタリティあふれるホテルです。朝食も大変美味しいです。残念だったのは、二部屋滞在した内の一部屋のシャワーのお湯の出が悪く、修理に日数がかかったことです。部屋を替えて頂くべきでしたが、オファーがなかったので我慢しました。場所は旧市街の真ん中で、見どころは全て徒歩圏です。お勧めできるホテルです。
