Hilton Garden Inn Da Nang

Hotel location is a bit north of where the actions are at My Khe Beach. A good 15-20 mins walk. The view, esp from the pool level, of the beach and Lady Buddha on the slope of Son Tra is great. Room was comfortable and spacious. The bedsheet was a little rough; maybe due to the cotton type and thread count. Towels were fluffy. The room and bathroom were clean. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Although I have fully paid the room via Hotels.com, the hotel wanted a VND 1m deposit on hold on credit card. The hold on the deposit was cancelled at check-out. Staff is friendly. Front desk staff are not knowledgeable about the immediate surrounding area. They can’t give recommendations on nearby restaurants and cafes plus the availability of the electric shuttle at the beach. As toiletries are provided upon request, I asked for them at check-in. I was informed that housekeeping would send shortly but after more than 30 mins, still nothing. I had to remind Front Desk and the toiletries were delivered within 10 mins.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and modern. Breakfast was decent. Location at end of My Khe beach was a bit far from the main action but that was fine with me as it was a bit quieter. I actually requested to extend here as my travel plans changed a bit and this was the only issue I encountered. The reception staff was not very helpful with a take a higher rate or move on response…so I moved on and lucked out - I saved quite a bit and enjoyed a hotel just 3 buildings down much more.

I was very satisfied with everything: the staff’s service, the clean room, and the delicious breakfast.

Great hotel, location and staff

Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden in Da Nang. Fantastic rooms and staff, close to a great beach. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Perfect room with perfect view!!!

The location suited our needs. The facility was very fitting.

Chambre incroyable avec une vue exceptionnelle. Par contre la piscine etait un peu froide, le buffet petit dejeuner bon mais pas au standing et l'hotel legerement excentré des centres d'interets. Les services comme le transfert a l'aeroport est trop cher.

Fantastischer Ausblick aus dem Panorama-Zimmer. Lage etwas weg vom Zentrum, dafür ruhigere Umgebung. Dennoch genügend Restaurants und Shops im Umfeld.

Happy with the stay overall

Poor position, restaurant was really awful.

I booked this corner room with a beach view based on the photos and it did not disappoint! The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The bathroom also has an incredible city/beach view and a separate accessible balcony! The rooftop infinity pool is gorgeous and clean with a great bar/lounge and lots of lounge couches. Finally, what I had from the dinner menu on the 5th floor (burger, fries, goi-cuon & mojito) was delicious, but breakfast was just so-so. Overall one of the nicest hotel stays I've ever had.

The staff at the front desk very helpful .Rooms were clean, great shower .Rooftop pool was very nice. Easy access to beach.

今回はダナン国際マラソン2025に出場するためにこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。 他のホテル (スタート・ゴール地点付近) に比べるとかなり静かでストレスなくゆっくり休みことができました。 また、有料ですがランドリーも完備しているため、家族連れの方にもオススメです。 プール・サウナ・ジムは、6:00〜22:00の間で利用可能なので、運動好きの方も楽しめると思います。 ただ、近辺に食事やスパをするところは少ないため、移動には多少時間を要するかもしれません。 (徒歩10分〜15分 or Grabで数分) またダナンに来る際は、こちらに宿泊したいと思います。

Superbe hôtel a Danang, avec une chambre donnant sur le front de mer. Magnifique de jour, incroyable la nuit. La piscine au sommet de l'hôtel est sublime. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le service rendu par le personnel d'un très haut niveau. La chambre ultra confortable avec une literie de grande qualité.

Good stay.

The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. As were the staff at breakfast. The breakfast was very very good. Our room was clean, very nice and comfortable. Loved our view of the ocean and the City. Definitely would recommend and stay there again.

One of the most comfortable and hotels Iv been to in a very long time. Thank you to all the staff who where extremely pleasant.
