The staff was excellent. They did their very best to make sure all of our wants/needs were met during our stay. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they made our holiday pleasantly memorable.

The hotel is in a great location by the lake, and is only a short taxi from the old quarter. Service is excellent, and I would definitely stay again. The property is looking a little old however, and would benefit from a refurbishment.

The property was dated. The service staff was great as always, but the rooms need to be upgraded right away. The Wi-Fi needs to be 5G not 2.4. It's 2025, not 1995.
If IHG Prides itself on quality, then read this review and spend the money to restore this property to what the traveling public comes to expect when staying at an IHG property.

The property was is a good location about 10-15 mins (depending on traffic) away from the Old Quarter where there is an immense amount of local shops and food vendors. It is still in the heart of Vietnamese history. The Lotte Mall is great and close by. Also they have an independent travel agency inside that has tours (private or group) that can fit you preferences. Room service always arrived quickly. Staff were extremely polite and friendly.

We like the location, the excellent pool, the very good restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the very helpful staff.
The standard of the room was not up to par. The carpet was full of dust and under the carpet it looked like it had never been vacuumed. In our opinion the standard of the room must meet the hotel rating and is not worth the price charged for staying at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for seven days for a "workation". Since I had to work remotely for my job in Japan, I wanted to be particular about my room. The first room I was assigned had a view of the lake, but it was partially obstructed by the walls of other rooms, which was a bit disappointing. So, I decided to ask the hotel staff if I could switch to a room with a wider view of the lake. They kindly accommodated my request by the afternoon of the same day. Later, the manager even called to check on my stay, which made me feel well taken care of.
The hotel's breakfast and restaurant were excellent. I also ordered in-room dining several times, and both the delivery timing and the quality of the food were impeccable, making for a very satisfying experience. I would love to stay here again next year.

The room was spacious, a bit dated but the bathroom was exactly as the pictured showed - luxurious! The balcony on the waterfront is so pretty although there is not much of a view of the city. The staff are so polite and accommodating. The breakfast was one of my favourites! And the Saigon restaurant staff and staff at the Italian restaurant treated you like kings and queens, thank you to the lovely staff who served us.
