Please be noted the time that shuttle bus departs from Hanoi at the pick-up point. Boat embarkation starts at 12:00 at Ha Long Bay Passenger Wharf.
Guests who require this service have to provide the following information at least 8 days in advance: hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Ha Long. Cruise office will contact you directly to arrange the transportation.
