is lovely hotel but customer service is really poor specially front of house staff. No flexibility at all rude and abrupt staff. We came to check-in little bit earlier and requssted if room can be ready little bit earlier however straight away denied didn’t even checking with manager or housekeeping. Room was small and had hairs on bedsheet.

Even though we only stayed one night as a transitional day to another city, it was a great night. The room was spotless and roomy. I did not hesitate to use the bathroom shower as it felt clean and stocked with all necessities. Location is convenient and close to city centre. .

Overall good stay as usual but there’s a new rooftop bar nearby which is rather noisy in the event that your are staying at the corner facing the bar. They changed me to a middle room after.

Staff were extremely cunning, they withhold my checkout long enough and made me pay for late checkout. Until I negotiated, they dropped the late checkout fee by half (they claim they do not charge by hourly rate, but they eventually gave me the rate for 3pm checkout). I also receive unpleasant stares from other staffs looking at me when I’m clarifying and negotiating about the rates for late checkout.
