Tinggal 2 kali di sini. Jadi gembira dan berehat. Mereka mempunyai masa teh petang dengan piano live dan makanan yang lazat. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak rasa dan jenis. Tidur dengan baik dengan coklat terima kasih malam. Harus memilih tempat ini.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is intimate and located near dining, shopping, the Opera House and the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast has many choices, plus the option to order food. Everything we needed was a short walk away. We didn't use the pool but I will say it's much smaller than pictured. We enjoyed happy hour on the rooftop a few times. Overall, I highly recommend Silverland Jolie! Be aware: you need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel. People with disability issues could find that difficult.

タクシーでホテルに到着後、ホテルの看板がわかりにくく、隣のホテルに入ってしまった。そこのホテルは迷惑そうに隣のホテルだと言い放った。シルバーランドに改めて入ったらフロント係の女性はとても丁寧に対応してくれた。
基本的に係員の対応は良い。
しかし宿泊時にエアコンが故障して部屋は蒸し風呂になった。いつ直るか朝昼晩聞いたがいつももうすぐで直るとの返答。扇風機の貸し出しは無料で行うと言って貸してくれた。夜になってようやく修理が終わりエアコンが動いたが、ベトナムではこれが限界の対応なのかなと思った。
終日外出して涼しいところにいたのでよかったが部屋にいたら暑くて深い極まりなかっただろう。

Initially I was a bit hesitant on arrival as hotel was a bit older than I expected. However, I must say that my husband I had an absolutely lovely visit. The staff and service could not be better. They went out of their way to accommodate every single request we had. The rooftop bar is a Vietnamese vibe, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We paid for an upgraded room, which in retrospect I probably would have stuck with the smaller room. We had a lot of space but the hotel itself is not luxurious. It is an older building and its wear shows. The room was comfortable and very clean. I think a smaller room would have been an excellent value. We walked 3 min to Brelax which was an adorable place to get a massage. There were great cafes within walking distance. The hotel arranged transport, laundry, and dinner reservations when requested. Highly recommend this hotel as a good value, comfortable stay, and convenient location. Anticipate long transport times to the airport in the am. Took us well over an hour.

Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was serviced twice a day, towels changed twice a day, and two bottles of water supplied twice a day. Laundry service was excellent. Breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The rooftop bar with spa and very pleasant staff made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hotel's position is central.

Rent och fräscht. Bra service och smidig in- och utcheckning.
Enda minus skulle vara att deras pool på takbaren var väldigt liten.
