Place was clean. They allowed me to check in early due to my flight arriving early. I was also allowed to check out late.
Staff have an excellent level of communication and are very helpful.
One thing to be aware of, is that this complex is not finished. There is a lot of construction around which will be a problem to anyone who is sensitive to noise.
If you are on a holiday in Saigon, you should also be aware that it is not within waking distance of any attractions that you may want to see.
For someone who lives in Vietnam, or who knows how to easily organise their own transport this place is fantastic.
For someone on a holiday, who wants to be in amongst the hustle and bustle of Saigon, this place would not be suitable.
I regularly visit Saigon, and this is my first time staying at this property, after this visit, I will add this as a place I will stay regularly.

Hartanah ini menawarkan pengangkutan pindahan dari lapangan terbang (surcaj boleh dikenakan). Tetamu mesti menghubungi hartanah dengan butiran ketibaan sebelum perjalanan, menggunakan maklumat hubungan pada pengesahan tempahan. Tidak ada meja depan (tempat menyambut tetamu) di hartanah ini.Untuk membuat pengaturan daftar masuk, sila hubungi hartanah sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum ketibaan, menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan.Sebelum ketibaan, tetamu mesti melengkapkan pendaftaran dalam talian dengan hartanah melalui pautan selamat. Tetamu akan diminta untuk memberikan kepada hartanah salinan kad pengenalan bergambar keluaran kerajaan mereka sebelum ketibaan. Jika anda merancang untuk tiba selepas 14:00, sila hubungi hartanah lebih awal menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan. Tetamu yang merancang untuk tiba di luar waktu daftar masuk akan menerima e-mel dalam masa 24 jam sebelum ketibaan yang mengandungi arahan daftar masuk dan maklumat peti kunci. Hos akan menyambut tetamu ketika ketibaan. Meja depan maya menyediakan bantuan kepada tetamu. Tetamu disyorkan agar memuat turun aplikasi mudah alih Whatsapp hartanah sebelum daftar masuk.
Kemudahan berikut ditutup secara bermusim setiap tahun. Ia akan ditutup dari 1 Ogos sehingga 31 Disember:

A delicious breakfast, a clean room with enough space for everything, and of course the best part which is gym access to a real gym located in the mall. So you never have to worry about anything when you come here. It was truly one of my best stays anywhere in the world
