Hotel yang indah, pengalaman mewah dan perkhidmatan hebat. Saya tidak mempunyai sebarang keluhan tentang penginapan. Pemandangan jalan berjalan sangat bagus, dan saya dapat melihat menara Bitexco dari bilik saya. Lokasi pusat betul-betul di jalan yang berjalan, dan ada pawagam yang berdekatan untuk filem lewat malam. Concierge adalah mesra, mereka membantu dengan luggages dan tempahan restoran. Hotel ini juga mempunyai "menu bantal" dari mana anda boleh memilih dari pelbagai bantal. Saluran TV sudah memadai. Minibar menawarkan yang baik. Pemandangan tab mandi dan bilik mandi adalah hebat. Ada beberapa bunyi dari perayaan muzik yang berterusan, tetapi itu berhenti kira-kira pukul 11 malam dan tidak mengganggu tidur saya kerana katil Raja sangat selesa.

Undoubtedly the most luxurious and elegant hotel in Vietnam. First class service, the spa, the around the clock access to the wellness facilities, amazing dining, stunning decor, and incredible location. The Reverie was recommended to us from a few frequent flyers and lived up to all expectations. We also did the champagne Bentley city tour which was fun, comfortable, informative and accommodating. Thank you also for the surprise birthday cake for my wife. We will be back.

【総合評価】 5つ星ホテルとしては期待外れでした。建物やインテリアの豪華さなどハード面は素晴らしかったのですが、設備や運営面に不便さがあり、満足度は下がってしまいました。総合的には★2寄りの★3評価です。 【良かった点】 内装は圧倒的な豪華さで、一見の価値があります。 部屋からの眺めや立地、景色はとても良かったです。 スタッフの対応は一流感があり、迅速かつ丁寧でした。 料理も美味しく、特に朝食はメニューから注文できる特別感があり、味も良かったです。 プールは広く、温水プールもあって快適でした。夜はプールから見上げる景色がエモーショナルで、一見の価値があります。 ジムのランニングマシンは新しく、快適に利用できました。 【残念だった点】 滞在中に電気が止まり、充電や空調・冷蔵庫・テレビが使用できませんでした。 排水溝が詰まり、水の流れが悪かったです。 トイレ内のスマホ置き台が壊れており、修理後も接着剤やシンナーのような匂いが残っていて不快でした。 部屋のテレビではYouTubeが見られず、Bluetoothも接続できませんでした。 トイレ使用中にスタッフがノック後、反応を待たずに入室しようとしたことがあり、プライバシー面で不安を感じました。 【まとめ】 豪華な雰囲気や立地、スタッフの丁寧さ、料理やプール・ジムといった施設は魅力的でしたが、肝心の設備トラブルやサービス面での不備が目立ち、残念ながら期待以下の滞在となりました。改善されれば、真の5つ星ホテルとしてふさわしい存在になると思います。

The hotel was amazing. The problem was with the rooms. I booked 2 suites in the 31st floor, and both were extremely humit. The sheets would stick in your body, which makes it difficult to sleep. The humidity problem was with the whole floor, not only with both suites.

Stayed at the Reverie for 8 nights from late July to Early August. It is a rare to be able to say that I have ZERO complaints about a hotel but here we are. Khao assisted with baggage at both ends of the trip and with his colleague Truong, went above and beyond to assist me after a luggage strap was lost in transit from the airport. At both check in and check out, Van was accommodating and efficient – answering questions and helping to problem-solve while keeping things moving. Every member of the housekeeping team that we encountered (and didn’t) was professional and courteous, doing far more than the cursory daily job that one might expect given the size of this hotel. Lien in the spa worked wonders after the stress of travel – 3 hours of tranquility that I won’t soon forget. In a sea of exemplary staff, in the Cardinal Café at breakfast who were the real standouts: Vy, Thy, Ngan, Phong, Linh, Thy & Tran (just to name a few), were the epitome of hospitable. I was ill, and I was met with genuine care and consideration from everyone after a mortifying experience. While this is likely just business as usual for those at the Reverie, their professionalism and kindness were a standout for me. The hotel is ornately decorated. Our room was large, clean and well-maintained. The gym was clean and was never full so although it isn’t huge, it did the job. The central location made most sites walkable or very easy to get to by Grab. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We loved our stay at The Reverie Saigon! The location is unbeatable—right by the pedestrian walking street (Nguyen Hue), with easy access to shopping, great restaurants, and tons of massage parlors nearby. Super convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot. We stayed in the Romance Suite, which had a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Access to the Reverie Lounge was another highlight. Daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all beautifully presented and served in a peaceful, elegant setting. Although we had a couple of minor service issues, management was very responsive and sincere in making things right, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Jason for going above and beyond! Overall, The Reverie Saigon is luxurious, stylish, and well worth the stay. We’d definitely come back!

This by far is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The check in was amazing the staff was so amazing and so helpful. This was my first time in Vietnam and they really helped me and made me feel welcome. I was given a free upgrade to the VIP panaramic room that was beautiful!! i did a vlog on it on youtube also everyone wants to now visit lol. Location was amazing you are right by everything and all the hot spots of Ho Chi Minh! All my tours were very near and easy to be picked up by. The room was super amazing and clean. They actually clean your room twice a day! Super clean super friendly and in the best space you can be in Ho Chi Minh would recommend this hotel to everyone!

【総合評価】 5つ星ホテルとしては期待外れでした。建物やインテリアの豪華さなどハード面は素晴らしかったのですが、設備や運営面に不便さがあり、満足度は下がってしまいました。総合的には★2寄りの★3評価です。 【良かった点】 内装は圧倒的な豪華さで、一見の価値があります。 部屋からの眺めや立地、景色はとても良かったです。 スタッフの対応は一流感があり、迅速かつ丁寧でした。 料理も美味しく、特に朝食はメニューから注文できる特別感があり、味も良かったです。 プールは広く、温水プールもあって快適でした。夜はプールから見上げる景色がエモーショナルで、一見の価値があります。 ジムのランニングマシンは新しく、快適に利用できました。 【残念だった点】 滞在中に電気が止まり、充電や空調・冷蔵庫・テレビが使用できませんでした。 排水溝が詰まり、水の流れが悪かったです。 トイレ内のスマホ置き台が壊れており、修理後も接着剤やシンナーのような匂いが残っていて不快でした。 部屋のテレビではYouTubeが見られず、Bluetoothも接続できませんでした。 トイレ使用中にスタッフがノック後、反応を待たずに入室しようとしたことがあり、プライバシー面で不安を感じました。 【まとめ】 豪華な雰囲気や立地、スタッフの丁寧さ、料理やプール・ジムといった施設は魅力的でしたが、肝心の設備トラブルやサービス面での不備が目立ち、残念ながら期待以下の滞在となりました。改善されれば、真の5つ星ホテルとしてふさわしい存在になると思います。

Undoubtedly the most luxurious and elegant hotel in Vietnam. First class service, the spa, the around the clock access to the wellness facilities, amazing dining, stunning decor, and incredible location. The Reverie was recommended to us from a few frequent flyers and lived up to all expectations. We also did the champagne Bentley city tour which was fun, comfortable, informative and accommodating. Thank you also for the surprise birthday cake for my wife. We will be back.

The hotel was amazing. The problem was with the rooms. I booked 2 suites in the 31st floor, and both were extremely humit. The sheets would stick in your body, which makes it difficult to sleep. The humidity problem was with the whole floor, not only with both suites.

Stayed at the Reverie for 8 nights from late July to Early August. It is a rare to be able to say that I have ZERO complaints about a hotel but here we are. Khao assisted with baggage at both ends of the trip and with his colleague Truong, went above and beyond to assist me after a luggage strap was lost in transit from the airport. At both check in and check out, Van was accommodating and efficient – answering questions and helping to problem-solve while keeping things moving. Every member of the housekeeping team that we encountered (and didn’t) was professional and courteous, doing far more than the cursory daily job that one might expect given the size of this hotel. Lien in the spa worked wonders after the stress of travel – 3 hours of tranquility that I won’t soon forget. In a sea of exemplary staff, in the Cardinal Café at breakfast who were the real standouts: Vy, Thy, Ngan, Phong, Linh, Thy & Tran (just to name a few), were the epitome of hospitable. I was ill, and I was met with genuine care and consideration from everyone after a mortifying experience. While this is likely just business as usual for those at the Reverie, their professionalism and kindness were a standout for me. The hotel is ornately decorated. Our room was large, clean and well-maintained. The gym was clean and was never full so although it isn’t huge, it did the job. The central location made most sites walkable or very easy to get to by Grab. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We loved our stay at The Reverie Saigon! The location is unbeatable—right by the pedestrian walking street (Nguyen Hue), with easy access to shopping, great restaurants, and tons of massage parlors nearby. Super convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot. We stayed in the Romance Suite, which had a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Access to the Reverie Lounge was another highlight. Daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all beautifully presented and served in a peaceful, elegant setting. Although we had a couple of minor service issues, management was very responsive and sincere in making things right, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Jason for going above and beyond! Overall, The Reverie Saigon is luxurious, stylish, and well worth the stay. We’d definitely come back!

This by far is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The check in was amazing the staff was so amazing and so helpful. This was my first time in Vietnam and they really helped me and made me feel welcome. I was given a free upgrade to the VIP panaramic room that was beautiful!! i did a vlog on it on youtube also everyone wants to now visit lol. Location was amazing you are right by everything and all the hot spots of Ho Chi Minh! All my tours were very near and easy to be picked up by. The room was super amazing and clean. They actually clean your room twice a day! Super clean super friendly and in the best space you can be in Ho Chi Minh would recommend this hotel to everyone!
