Great people and lovely boat.

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble. Très bien au niveau repas, beaucoup de bruits avec des enfants au niveau des chambres. La clim ne fonctionnait pas très bien non plus. Sinon l’équipe est très agréable.

Lovely cruise ,the room was amazing with alot of big windows and big balcony.. The staff were amazing with us and our kids.. Full activities ,no time to get bored or hungry..The food was delicious but the dinner was expectionally tasty..

Fantastisk båt med veldig fine rom med privat veranda. Lunsjen når vi kom ombord var veldig god. Middagen som var en satt 6 retter var ikke like god. Håper de endrer dette til buffet også.

The stay was absolutely pleasant. The room was very big and spacious, very clean and well prepared. The staff were also amazing. My children did not like the food on the menu and staff went the extra mile and made them what they wanted.

Dejlig tur i Halong bugten. Vi havde to nætter som varmt kan anbefales, dag to var en heldagstur med gode oplevelser. Alt om bord fungerede godt, søde mennesker til at hjælpe dig. Det var nok mere et 4 stjernet hotel men 5 stjernet oplevelse. Smuk smuk tur

Here's a friendly yet honest review of the Halong Cruise experience: "Mixed feelings about our Halong Bay cruise - the good, the not-so-good, and some tips for future travelers The journey started well with a comfortable, modern bus transfer to the marina. The ferry captain who took us to our final boat was skilled and provided a smooth ride. However, several aspects of the experience didn't quite meet the 5-star standard the company claims. The check-in process could use some polishing - staff weren't uniformed, and there was quite a bit of shouting among the luggage handlers. Be prepared for a rather lengthy transfer process (about an hour) before reaching your actual cruise boat, including a curious life jacket checkpoint along the way. Important tip for booking: Some rooms on the first deck might have their balcony views blocked by a support boat that remains attached throughout the journey - definitely worth checking this when selecting your room! The accommodation had some issues - slow-filling bathtub that needed cleaning before use, and even the presidential suite guests mentioned having no hot water. The WiFi was reportedly unavailable due to the remote location, though we could see other boats' networks. Dining experience could be enhanced - the food was acceptable, but the atmosphere was frequently disrupted by noisy plate clearing. The staff conducted accounting work in the breakfast area, which felt out of place for a luxury cruise. I do not recommend it.

Service is excellent all the staff is very friendly. The ship is nice overall the only thing I didn’t like was the food. They need to improve the dining menu

Owen our host and the entire crew were awesome! Cruise was 1 week after the typhoon so conditions were not quite back to normal. Recommend

Very nice cruise along the bay. Lacks amenities. Service was amazing though. Staff was very nice which more than made up for our stay

We had an amazing cruise with amazing crew members. Good food and fun activities. Special thanks to mr.bean for all the help! Only negative thing was poor air condition all over the ship, Even the cabin..
