Ini adalah lawatan kedua saya ke Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel, dan mereka memberi saya bilik di tingkat 27. Yang kini benar-benar sunyi dari bunyi muzik Kelab itu dan juga bilik solek pasukan pengemasan bersih dan kemas. Semuanya sempurna… sangat selesa dan sangat selesa untuk saya. Kopi Starbuck di lobi, kopi Highland di seberang jalan… plaza Vincom adalah satu kawasan dengan Hotel… tergolong dalam kumpulan yang sama di Hotel. Semua kakitangan mesra dan hebat… sangat responsif dan membantu… menyelesaikan semua masalah saya sebelum ini. Hotel 5 bintang sebenar.

Saya pergi dengan keluarga saya semasa Tet, jadi sesak, Hotel juga mempunyai kekurangan tetapi kakitangan sangat ramah dan bersemangat, sarapan pagi lazat, makan tengah hari di hotel 2 kali, hari pertama sedap tetapi hari kedua nampaknya tukar chef haruslah sangat jinak dan masin

Absolutely perfect stay. The staff were attentive and made you feel welcomed all the time. The rooms were just the perfect setting - we had a suite with 2 bedrooms and it was super comfy. View was great too. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is just right - in front of beach and walking distance to everything in the town
Only thing to suggest to the hotel is consider charging F&M to the room instead of paying on the spot eg the pool area

We recently stayed at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang for [insert number] nights, and overall had a good experience—but there are a few things to be aware of.
The good:
• The location is excellent—right across from the beach and close to shopping, dining, and the night market.
• Our room had an incredible ocean view and was spacious and clean.
• Breakfast had a wide variety, with both Western and Asian options.
• The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.
What could be better:
• Check-in took a long time and felt disorganized.
• The furnishings in the room felt a bit outdated for a property of this level.
• The refrigerator didn’t work—it was warm the whole time, and after reading reviews, it seems we weren’t the only ones with that issue.
• If you’re staying on a higher floor, be prepared to wait on the elevators—especially during busy hours. It could take quite a while to get down.

Have stayed at the vin pear several times always an enjoyable experience, staff are polite and helpful, check in was speedy, room spacious and fully functional, very comfortable bed, breakfast has a good choice of both Asian and Western fare, although at peak times it can be hectic.
Down side, although the location is excellent, nights can be noisy especially at weekends due to the beach parties,
Biggest downside is that the Hotel pre booked airport transfers are extremely expensive we were quoted 1,400,000 dong for a transfer , however we managed to easily arrange a drop off for 500,000 with a private company. Maybe an area for improvement. Overall another great 5 days looking forward to staying again in the future.

Took off a star because internet in the room was non existent. Essentially, no wifi until you get to the lobby. Room did not have plates or utensils or pots and pans for the fact that it had a mini kitchen, which was odd.
Room is amazing. I got a two bedroom ocean view and it did not disappoint with a HUGE wraparound porch. Every room had a new of the water. Room was clean, had a mini kitchen.
The staff is friendly. From the front desk to anyone who happens to work for the hotel who is in the elevator. Just friendly and super helpful!
My son had a bad experience at the restaurant and the hotel made everything right for us. Super attentive and apologetic. Honestly, it was not the staff’s fault. It was simply the hotel/company set up.
The infinity pool was a great pool with view of the water. Come to the beach early like 6am and you’ll get the lounge chair. Towels are given to you at the beach. It’s sectioned off as part of Vinpearl but the public can still access so use caution. Awesome beach.

However, the buffet area is too crowded and the daily room cleaning service is inconsistent and often takes place at very late in the day unless requesting it repeatedly with the front desk receptionist.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Pool and Gym are good. We were 9 days in a corner room in the 41. floor. Fantastic overview of the beach road up to the mountains on the horizon. From the balcony we looked direct on the ocean with its islands and the Vinpearl amusement park in the distant. I would definitely recommend the hotel. A Starbucks coffe shop is direct at the hotel lobby ….

This is a great hotel and we had a very good room- our view was breathtaking. The only complaint I have is that we paid for late check out as our flight was leaving later in the day; however, our access room cards were taken away during normal check out time and we had to keep going back to the reception to get the Keyes that work. It seems that there is a communication issue somewhere between employees. When we came back the second time we were asked to produce a receipt to prove that we paid the late check out.
This could have been done smoother, instead of making us going back and forth from the room to the reception several times- we could have enjoyed the last few hours more.

The infinity pool was a great pool with view of the water. Come to the beach early like 6am and you’ll get the lounge chair. Towels are given to you at the beach. It’s sectioned off as part of Vinpearl but the public can still access so use caution. Awesome beach.

We had a great time at vinoearl. Breakfast was good - but long wait to use coffee machine. Very clean. Nice view of beach but unfortunately very lpud at night times even during the week.

Good location across the beachfront and is walking distance to many restaurants. Helpful and friendly hotel staff. However, the buffet area is too crowded and the daily room cleaning service is inconsistent and often takes place at very late in the day unless requesting it repeatedly with the front desk receptionist.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Pool and Gym are good. We were 9 days in a corner room in the 41. floor. Fantastic overview of the beach road up to the mountains on the horizon. From the balcony we looked direct on the ocean with its islands and the Vinpearl amusement park in the distant. I would definitely recommend the hotel. A Starbucks coffe shop is direct at the hotel lobby ….

This is a great hotel and we had a very good room- our view was breathtaking. The only complaint I have is that we paid for late check out as our flight was leaving later in the day; however, our access room cards were taken away during normal check out time and we had to keep going back to the reception to get the Keyes that work. It seems that there is a communication issue somewhere between employees. When we came back the second time we were asked to produce a receipt to prove that we paid the late check out.
This could have been done smoother, instead of making us going back and forth from the room to the reception several times- we could have enjoyed the last few hours more.
