This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of seating and lots of shade. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and also for other meals. The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to make it a great experience. One staff member in particular, Tien, was wonderful to deal with. She checked us in and kept in contact to see if there was anything that we required or any questions she could answer. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great property, but so busy. It’s a absolutly massive hotel and busy. Lifts takes ages, breakfast is chaos! 1 coffee machine, 1000 rude Russians who think they own the place. Use there hands to pick food up, push in and are just rude. But seriously 1 coffee machine, with at least 500 people at breakfast, if not more. Need at least 5 machines. We liked it, as the room was great, and clean, location was awesome! Just bfast and Russians bad!

This was a terrible decision to stay at this hotel, from the hotel to the resort it was terrible. After 2 nights we relocated to another hotel. We couldn’t bear the noise from within our room coming from the beach till 2am,the uncleanlines of the room the location the beach the other guests(sorry). It felt as though we was in some kind of dystopian nightmare… the breakfast was like feeding time at the zoo. The rooms was circa 1984 as was the resort. If you like the soviet block vibe with lashings of vodka I suggest you keep well away from this hotel and resort.

Staff were great. Helpful and efficient. Breakfast choices and food was greatly disappointing. Just the overall quality was just stomach filler - nothing memorable. In fact, inspite of being included in our stay, many times we went to Ms. Bamboo or Nha Trang Beach club for breakfast/brunch.

Do yourself a favor - if you intend on booking a sea / beach view room, make sure they put you up in a high floor. The noise from the street on the lower floors (10'nish) is pretty bad. Other than that, the pool, beach and breakfast dining room can be crowded if the hotel is fully booked.

We recently stayed at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang for [insert number] nights, and overall had a good experience—but there are a few things to be aware of. The good: • The location is excellent—right across from the beach and close to shopping, dining, and the night market. • Our room had an incredible ocean view and was spacious and clean. • Breakfast had a wide variety, with both Western and Asian options. • The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. What could be better: • Check-in took a long time and felt disorganized. • The furnishings in the room felt a bit outdated for a property of this level. • The refrigerator didn’t work—it was warm the whole time, and after reading reviews, it seems we weren’t the only ones with that issue. • If you’re staying on a higher floor, be prepared to wait on the elevators—especially during busy hours. It could take quite a while to get down.

Staff were great. Helpful and efficient. Breakfast choices and food was greatly disappointing. Just the overall quality was just stomach filler - nothing memorable. In fact, inspite of being included in our stay, many times we went to Ms. Bamboo or Nha Trang Beach club for breakfast/brunch.

朝食バイキングの種類が豊かで、日によっても変化があり美味しかったです。現地の飲食店予約代行を頼んだ時も快く引き受けてくれて助かりました。エステも気持ちよく、プールも清潔でした。部屋も毎日きれいにしてくれと最高でした！！また来たいです。

Do yourself a favor - if you intend on booking a sea / beach view room, make sure they put you up in a high floor. The noise from the street on the lower floors (10'nish) is pretty bad. Other than that, the pool, beach and breakfast dining room can be crowded if the hotel is fully booked.

We recently stayed at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang for [insert number] nights, and overall had a good experience—but there are a few things to be aware of. The good: • The location is excellent—right across from the beach and close to shopping, dining, and the night market. • Our room had an incredible ocean view and was spacious and clean. • Breakfast had a wide variety, with both Western and Asian options. • The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. What could be better: • Check-in took a long time and felt disorganized. • The furnishings in the room felt a bit outdated for a property of this level. • The refrigerator didn’t work—it was warm the whole time, and after reading reviews, it seems we weren’t the only ones with that issue. • If you’re staying on a higher floor, be prepared to wait on the elevators—especially during busy hours. It could take quite a while to get down.
