Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long - Hotel Vouchers

1) The voucher stay date is as the room name. Voucher redemption is valid until 20 May 2022. Additional surcharge may be charged for dates as listed: 30/04/2022 - 02/05/2022 and 24/12/2022 - 05/01/2023 // Voucher có hạn lưu trú như trên tên phòng. Voucher có giá trị sử dụng đến hết ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 2022. Phí phụ thu có thể được tính cho giai đoạn 30/04/2022 - 02/05/2022 và 24/12/2022 - 05/01/2023.
2) Reservation is required prior 03 days to your intended check-in date directly to Traveloka. / Dat phong truc tiep voi Traveloka truoc it nhat 03 ngay so voi ngay check-in du kien.
3) This reservation is subject to the hotel's availability at the time of checking. We highly encourage you to book earlier to secure your stay / Dat phong tuy thuoc vao tinh trang phong trong cua khach san tai thoi diem kiem tra. Chung toi khuyen cao ban nen dat phong som de dam bao con phong.
4) Reservation will not be considered as “CONFIRMED” until you receive written confirmation from Traveloka. Query over the telephone is not counted as commitment for your reservation. 5) Please prepare your Traveloka voucher ID and Vinpearl Reservation ID upon check-in to the hotel. Hotel reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who are unable to present a valid ID. / Khi check-in vui long cung cap ma phieu thanh toan khach san Traveloka va ma phieu dat phong Vinpearl cho khach san. Khach san co quyen tu choi nhung khach hang khong xuat trinh giay to tuy than hop le.
6) Voucher purchase and room reservation is non-transferable and non-refundable. / Voucher va phieu dat phong khong duoc phep hoan tien hay chuyen nhuong.
7) Reservation will be considered “NO SHOW” and voucher will be considered as “EXPIRED” if arrival does not occur on the date reserved and hotel partner has not received written notification of any emergency delays. / Neu ban khong toi vao ngay dat phong da hen va khong thong bao truoc cho ben khach san, khach dat phong bi coi la “VANG MAT” va phieu thanh toan khach san se duoc xem nhu “HET HAN SU DUNG”.
