Saya menginap di sini selama 1 malam, bilik baru, saya hanya boleh duduk dalam bilik dan mengambil gambar. Resort ini baru sahaja dibuka jadi ia agak tenang. Ia adalah penginapan yang sangat berpatutan. Pasukan penyambut tetamu mesra dan cantik! Kolam renang dan pantai yang indah, pantai yang sangat bersih dengan air yang jernih! Harga yang sangat berbaloi!

This property is geared towards small children. It’s like a Disney property. I was disappointed in the villa. All the bedrooms were separate rooms with outdoor entrances separate from the living room. It was just a weird set up. The spa was a huge disappointment. It was next to the kids pool and loud…. Not relaxing at all. The beach is the best thing about the resort.

Was not very happy during check-in which hotel staff said no our booking, indeed I already showed the confirmation email from Hotels.com and staff still need to check & verify which took 45mins. Finally we got permission to have our room in main lobby, however, the staff were not communicated, counter staff again asked us to show passport & booking confirmation, very annoying. We told the staff we were asked to wait 45mins in another front desk to check our booking, don’t waste our time. Finally the bell boy told the front desk staff to give us room keys, then we can go to our room. Very unprofessional service, not acceptable a 5 star hotel provided this kind of service.

The property is beautiful. We stayed in the new wing which is basic but clean. The staff are courteous and Alik and Vang were very helpful. I would recommend the coffee making class and the spa treatments. The beach is amazing.
The thing to improve would be cleanliness in the restaurants.

After all the raving reviews we had read, we were very much looking forward to our stay and have been very disappointed.
First of all we booked in February for a stay in April and asked for rooms next to one another which couldn’t be accomodated according to the staff at reception when checking in.
Secondly there was a fire downstairs from our building during our first night. No fire alarm. We were “lucky” my husband heard the noise and woke us up to go downstairs from the 8th floor where we were staying.
Stairs were uneven and quite frankly last steps were almost all too high which meant we almost fell each time. In the event of a hotel evacuation, there would most definitely be some injuries due to the stairs.
There was around a dozen people only there including the general manager but most guests were still in their rooms oblivious of the fact their lives were potentially at risk.
Fire department didn’t arrive until about 50 minutes from them being notified.
So overall health and safety - absolutely horrid, can’t really be worse.
Once all settled we refused to go back to the 8th floor and they kindly accomodated us with one of the villas for the rest of our stay.
Then there was the staff: we took the all inclusive option when we arrived which we had to justify throughout our stay and argue almost every time we ordered. Overall poor experience
Facilities are otherwise as described but didn’t make up for the rest and our experience overall was nothing short of terrible.

Der direkte Strandzugang ist der Hammer. Mit Schirmen und Bedienung. Der Strand ist quasi privat, es kommt nie jemand anderes vorbei und er ist tagsüber unter Aufsicht. Das Restaurant war auch toll. Für knapp unter 1 Mio VND gibts Buffet für zwei Personen, mittags und abends. Das Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Gym ist auch gut, man kann gut trainieren. Ein Kabelturm, Beinbeuger/Beinstrecker, ein Latzug und eine Bankdrückmaschine. Man ist nach kurzer Fahrt in Hoi An, ca. 100.000 VND mit dem Grab. Wir mochten das Hotel sehr. Zimmer war auch immer sauber und top.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Villa with a private pool which looked amazing (Vietnamese standard) but we asked to be moved to our originally booked suite due to a strong smell (musky smell in hotel rooms is common in Vietnam). The suite smelled much fresher. Breakfast was great. But skip the beach restaurant, it wasn't great. Service was definitely 5*. Shuttle to Hoi An is very practical.Tom was great and helped us with everything.

Der er intet inden for 2 km afstand.
Urimeligt dyrt at spise på hotellet.
Hotellets have, pool er vidunderligt- god plads. Vær obs på at der renoveres på tårn 2 og det vil foregå lang tid endnu.
Hotellet lever ikke op til 5 stjerner - men kan sammenlignes med Days Inn.

Our stay was fantastic. From the moment we arrive I was taken excellent care of by my personal hostess Ms Ánh Hoa. She checked me in then took me to the room to show me all the features. She was the best hostess I have experienced in many years. Every day she made sure all our expectations were taken care, the room was cleaned and the turn down services was performed. She checked on me regularly to see if I needed any arrangements, reservations or help with anything.
The resort pools and Onsen were great. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and every meal we had at the resort was great. Roof top pool and bar were always refreshing and the water park was enjoyable. One of the best holidays I have had in a while. I will return again to Mikazuki Resort and will ask for Ms Hoa to be our hostess again. She really made our time there most enjoyable.

The hotel staff is very kind, the room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is really amazing for western and eastern people. The location is very convenient because despite not being at Ha Noi downtown, you have the beach in front of the hotel and it is offered a car to take you to downtown.

Everything was excellent. The complimentary shuttle bus to the Old Town was a very thoughtful option.
Except:
The hot water supply was a little short. OK, as it was only me in the room so it didn't matter, but if two people were staying together, who didn't shower together, then the hot water would be a little cold for the second person.
Secondly, there was no coffee making machine in the room. For an establishment that calls itself five star, two star instant coffee isn't an option. However I have to say a big thank you to the management for supplying a coffee-pod machine and coffee pods for the duration of my stay.Thanks again management!

Om man ska bo på detta hotellet så är det en villa man ska ha. Maten i resturangvagnen var inte god men väldigt dyr så rekommenderar inte den. Vi åt där nån gång för vi va tvungna, vi hade små barn med oss. Det finns ingen supermarket eller restaurang i närheten. Frukosten var dock väldigt god.
