Point Pleasant Resort has some of the most beautiful views on St. Thomas. Gated community with a friendly staff eager to meet your needs. Restaurant serves delicious food and beverages and located on the water. Short taxi ride to St. John ferry. Some rooms have beautiful sea and island views. L4 was clean and comfortable but without the views of other units, but the affordable price is a trade off. I will return to Point Pleasant on my next trip to St. Thomas.

Staff were wonderful. Our stay was for 3 weeks and we would have appreciated the cleaning staff to come and vacuum on weekends otherwise stay was fantastic!

I booked and paid for two one bedroom condos months before the trip. I received on one bedroom condo and an efficiency upon arrival, we were a party of eight people, four per unit. I complained to the management stating I paid for two one bedroom condo's and their response is that is what expedia booked. We had to use patio furniture in order for people to find a place to sleep. Basically I was told that was just the way it was. Beware of booking here with Expedia.

This was my 3rd time staying here - although the other 2 were over 25 years ago - but the place is still amazing. Wonderfull room that is the perfect size and an amazing balcony with an even more amazing view. The pools were Wonderful to swim in at night and were always kept very clean. All of the staff is very friendly and attentive. When I come back again I will definitely be staying here again.

I fell walking down the stairs, heading to the restaurant, called Sun and Sea near e12 I may be typing the restaurant name wrong but it’s the only restaurant that’s open at this time. There is a set of stairs that is directly adjacent to the pool that doesn’t have any type of grips on them and no I was not wet and it had not been raining nor was I under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I still fell due to the sleek slippery design of the staircase. The opposite side of the restaurant has yellow grips. I suggest adding those grips to the stairs that is directly next to the pool because people that may have utilized the pool or are wet or ground is wet from rain can truly hurt themselves. I did tell the bartender when it happened as well as the person that checked me out when I left the resort I have a few bruises on my arm and the back of my leg, but overall, I’m fine just bringing awareness to the situation. this is my second time staying with you All. My first visit was in 2021 so I most definitely enjoyed you guys but we have to be safe a person‘s shoe choice should not be in an excuse for safety. We anxiously awaited our stay at Point Pleasant, and it was everything we had hoped.
The views were amazing, our villa was cozy.
The staff was attentive and helpful.
We ate several meals at Sun & Sea Bar and Grill and it was always delicious.
There are several great beaches only a short drive away.
We hope to return again!

I had an absolutely awful experience at this resort. I’m an avid traveler, traveled from young and I have always traveled with my children from a young age and I have never experienced such poor service, safety and accountability concerns. To the point that I even had to call emergency services during my stay which is unimaginable.
I checked in on a Thursday and walked into a hot room, the AC wasn’t working but it being later in the evening and the front desks closing every day at 6pm, there was no one to call.The next morning I called to have it looked at and maintenance came and said they could not do anything they would have to call a technician, no one could give me an estimation of time of when the technician would come and no one offered any type of apology for our discomfort. I went to the beach for the entire day with my kids due to the issue hoping it would be fixed before we came back, when I called the front desk to get an update I was answered rudely with the receptionist saying, “ I walked though that unit myself before check in and the ac was fine!”, keep in mind the AC was on 59 degrees all night and it was actually cooler outside than inside. She went on to say she still doesn’t know when. Long story short, we were purposely locked out of our room by the tech on our return and I found out from security that the room doors did not have proper locks on it. Management Claudine and Carrie were rude and never apologized, never stay here for your own safety!
