Loved our stay at this property. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport as well as Victoria falls. The staff were amazing, especially Rody at the front desk, the shuttle drivers and our wait staff. The breakfast was included and was superb with lots of choices, including gluten free options. The pool area was nice to relax after a day of touring. Our room was clean but there was a gaping hole from the outside, near the deck doors, allowing for mosquitos to enter. They did spray our room before bed and there is mosquito netting around the bed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Elephant hills! The staff really are just so wonderful and friendly and the facilities were awesome! Pools, golf, tennis, and games rooms kept us occupied on the downtime parts of the days! The airport transfers were a breeze and the shuttle bus to town / the falls was so convenient. Honestly cannot fault our stay here. Couple in our early 30s.

Very outdated and everything closed. It was advertised as a resort with a casino and bowling alley, but they were closed. Overpriced for very outdated rooms. We left 2 days early. Staff were pleasant.

The hotel itself is clearly showing signs of age, the rooms and facilities are tired, and renovations are definitely needed. While Victoria Falls is known for its eco-tourism, the hotel doesn't offer much in terms of nighttime entertainment or activities. Overall, the experience was just okay — nothing particularly memorable, but not terrible either.

This was an amazing place. Food was outstanding, staff was friendly and helpful. Had a view of the river as well as Victoria Falls. Golf course was filled with animals in the early evening and enjoyable to sit and relax and watch them.

Large resort hotel partially with lower floors built into rock mountain, beautifully landscaped property with golf course. Frequent shuttle bus service to Vic Falls and City Ctr. Nice, comfortable rooms with small balconies.

This was an amazing place. Food was outstanding, staff was friendly and helpful. Had a view of the river as well as Victoria Falls. Golf course was filled with animals in the early evening and enjoyable to sit and relax and watch them.

A beautiful resort in a stunning location and the rooms were lovely. Staff were the most friendly and helpful in the whole world, as Zimbabweans are! A wonderful experience.

Su Gerente Trinity una gran persona y siempre al tanto de sus huéspedes con tal de complazerlos y se vayan contentos. Así fue nuestro caso. Sin duda regreso a ese hotel nuevamente.
